Poor place, cheap management, worst food, all cheaters are there, giving rotten food The manager/owner said we have to pay them entry fees later on when we enter not a single person were there, dj was only playing online songs, poor ambience, seems like street club. If you don’t want to waste your money don’t go there. I must say there greediness will destroy their business.

Worst in Siliguri. Manager conned us to the pub. Zero service, waiter got our order wrong every time and the food was burned and bloody tasteless. We weren't given quater plates so we ate from serving plate. I even saw a cockroach roaming in my table. They turned the AC off all of sudden..i wont be goin there ever again. Worst!!!!

Most disgusting I've been so far. This place charged extra 2000/- for entry and that too without mentioning us. Most of the items in main course were not available during puja. Drinks were not up to the mark. NEVER visit this place for either good vibe or good food.

What a beautiful ambience and well behaved staffs. The food (roasted chicken and fish finger) was absolutely good and as expected. What a great place to hangout at any time of the day with such well thought interior. The price may be at the higher side but the food felt fresh and was tasty. Definitely paying more visits.

The place looked good from outside but they conned us. They didn't tell us the correct entry price and charged 2k extra later and kept arguing. The food was stale and the service was very slow. I would recommend don't go there if you want to value your money. I'd say any other place is better than this. Wish I could give 0 stars!

This Pub is Scam. They are fraud and they charges more than what you order. I have never seen such kind of scammer pub in my entire life. The owner "Mr Samrat" itself is a scammer and all the staffs are same. They will charge you like hell like for the things which you didn't even order. Guys this is my geniune review and all the five star and four star rating which you have seen are the review given by their own people. If you really want to see the real reviews and comments then go ahead and check what 1star reviews comments are saying. You will find the common thing which I am saying. Please mark my word, never go to HIGH FIVE, they are scammers.

This 1 star i am giving that is also so enough for this place.. They are full of fraudulent activities.. When u visit this place.. After a while.. They will charge you more than ehat you consumed.. Something classy and whats the real meaning of a pub is called HIGH FIVE I found the best in planet mall and really other places are also there in the mall but we can call it a cafe to be very honest no vibes so as of my experience I have tried most of the places in Siliguri but I found HIGHFIVE is the best🥺 and the best part is they serve good quality food till late very understanding my experience is good you should also try.

We had extremely disappointing experience with them on FIFA Final. They took us entry fee of 2000 for 2 person saying they have the giant screen, but when we entered they had a led TV only. When we ask for refund they refused. Order 2 plate pulao with butter chicken, but they packed 1 Rice with chicken. Extremely Disappointed. Not recommend at all.
