It was really nice. Restaurant is very clean and hygienic. Waiters always clean the table as soon as something fall on the table. Ambience is very good. Staff behaviour well enough to make you give some extra tips. Foods were also very tasty. In frame - 1. Mutton kosa 2. Mashroom masala but mashroom matar is more delicious. 3. Chicken sartaj (their special menu)

Terrible service and the staff behavior was very rude. My experience was fairly bad with the attendant saying that "we can't say no... So thora time lagega". Very very poor service from Sartaj will definitely not recommend to anyone better go to sagar or somewhere else where you are greeted and respected.

We had an Awesome Dinner that day. It was pretty late when we entered and we finished approx 11:30pm ist. The best part of this restaurant is the ambience 💯/💯. The restaurant is for couples, families, and bachelors everyone can enjoy here.

Worst experience ever...the staffs are so rude ....their behaviour with the customers is pathetic and the chicken biryani not even tastes like biryani...food is not good too...the staffs purposely switched off all the lights so that we leave early after eating....donot visit this place in Siliguri....staffs behaviour deserves zero stars😡😤
