A wonderful experience in Siliguri. Having stayed in other locations of Siliguri, I believe this was by far the best experience. Amazing hospitality, hassle free check in, great rooms, numerous amenities. Gives you nothing less than a 5 star in terms of facilities. Location is bang on the main road. Recommended highly for families. Kudos to the Barsana Team. Looking forward to visit again.

The resort's staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to planning activities and excursions during my stay. They provided excellent recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements, which made my vacation stress-free and enjoyable. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that each guest had a personalized and unforgettable experience.

Located little far from market area and hotel surroundings not so developed at the moment. public transport access not available. Rest hotel is very good, pool side area is not in the hotel premise it's in another building. This place has got enough parking space. Non veg food not served in the hotel restaurant. They have seperate area in another building for non veg food. Banquet booking is as per plate cost which is arround 1700+GST. And decoration is not included.

Had an amazing stay at Barsana! We went for 2 days. We loved the restaurant's food as well. They have a Dish named Dal Bokhara(just loved that) and mixed Veg. The buffet is even way more than i what i expected it would be. Don't forget to try if you ever get a chance.

Two things need attention. 1) It you try to contact for services from the room, especially the bar, no one picks up the phone 2) There is no hotel car and you can't depend on cab services in that area. Otherwise good experience.. recommended

Breakfast and lunch buffet were great with multiple cuisines and options. Dinner was good but a little more limited and some of the options were finished by the time we got to them. There’s a good amount of outdoor space we’re you can wander around with a drink. The lobby bar also has an excellent selection of beverages. The staff is very friendly, attentive and courteous. Check in/out could have been a bit smoother but that wasn’t a big deal.

Love to go for swimming here the only draw back is their shower room. It's not very comfortable and pretty unhygienic. The pool is nice tho!

The hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. It is very good choice for me as it is 500m from my office. However, the hotel is away from the main city. If you have meetings around City Centre, then this hotel is ideal for you. If you are stopping at Siliguri for your tour to Sikkim or Darjeeling, then also this hotel can be very good choice. The hotel is a bit expensive than most other hotels here. And it caters only Veg food. No egg. The morning breakfast choice is very less. No buffet. If cleanliness is your first priority and you wish to stay away from city rush, then this hotel is pretty good.

In between Bagdogra airport and main Siliguri market, pure vegetarian hotel and restaurant. Great ambience super yummy quality food having spacious rooms and scenic view from the rooms. Pool gym and spa facilities available too. Banquet halls and lawn for marriage ceremonies with ample parking space.

Located near Siliguri, Bagdogra I have stopped here for breakfast only. This is a very nice hotel/resort. The restaurant serves only veg. I can not speak about the rooms or stay but from my experience of breakfast and service received I am hoping that stay would be nice as well.

Barsana Hotel & Resort has the potential to be a great place to stay, but some improvements are needed. On our first visit, we were disappointed to find that the spa and pool were not working, but on our second visit a few months later, we were pleased to see that they were operational. However, the food is overpriced and the quality was not up to par. We even paid more for dinner than we did for the room. The staff didn't get our order right and the taste of the food was not impressive. Although the concept of the hotel is nice, there are maintenance issues and the design execution could be improved. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated between being too hot or too cold, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the sound insulation in the rooms could be better, especially since the hotel is located near a main road, resulting in constant noise from the traffic. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are some areas that need attention. If improvements are made, it could be a great place to stay in the future. Hope this helps.

Had a lunch enroute to Darjeeling. Food was delicious. Staff is courteous. Clean and hygienic.

I have to share my experience with hotels with (Barsana hotels and resorts) it was a it was a abomimabe experience in my life a hotels experience. We r booking in premium rooms (205 & 206) at night 05-10-22. The management r knocked In mh room & say we r gossip in our room. Manager(Mr. AVISHEK) said us we created noise &he said us too check-out at mid night. What is this ??????? I can't understand, it's not good for guest....Manager behavior is also not good for women, Barsana hotel and resort is the worsted hotel in siliguri city's 😔😔😔😔 Please don't book this hotel...

Bit expensive but if you have a member ship card it's convenient to enjoy the bar and restaurant. Restaurant have a small area if you have a big crowd, should reserve seat before going there.

Great stay here in Barsana. The rooms, the staff, everything was top notch. A special mention to Abhishek from the reception and the housekeeping lady on the 2nd floor. Excellent service rendered by them. All in all, a great place!
