I cannot describe it in words, how magnificent this place actually is. This temple will not only offer peace to your soul, but will transport you to a different world altogether. I was spellbound after entering the temple's complex, seeing it's maintenance standards and vastness. It's absolutely spick & span, with Covid-19 protocols being seriously adhered. The awe-inspiring Krishna Temple room, is a treat to the eyes. It's a huge area, where one can sit inside and spend some quality time, with the supreme godhead. You need to deposit your shoes at the deposit counter, sanitize your hands & wear mask, before entering the main temple. Nestled on the lap of the mighty Himalayas, you get a complete view of the mountains on all sides, which further adds to it's beauty. There is also a lodging facility (seperate building), inside the temple complex, where people can stay. Must visit, while touring the serene town of Kalimpong. 👍🏻

Very peaceful temple to seat and pray 🙏 The dham is dedicated to Lord Krishna. The alley to the dham is rather narrow and dirty but he dham premises was unexpectedly clean and pleasant. The silence within the premises was something you cannot ignore. Felt really good. one can get divine blessings of lord Krishna. The path to the place is litterred and narrow, but once we get to the place, it was real good and was peaceful. The architecture of the place is huge and well designed

Mangal Dham is a must visit place in Kalimpong, it is a memorial built in the memory of Shir Mangaldasji Maharaj who came to Kalimpong in 1940s and serve the people by constructing Schools, Temples, Orphanages etc. On the ground floor of the temple there is Samadhi of Guruji and Prayer hall on top with amazing picturesque. The flowers add a great asthetics and create a very serene vibe.

You cannot afford to miss this stunning temple if you visit Kalimpong. I was truly captivated by the temple's beauty and wished I could have stayed longer to sit and meditate. The temple is adorned with vibrant flowers, creating a visually pleasing atmosphere. It's a perfect place for spiritual rejuvenation, and it also serves as a hub for Sanskrit studies. Photography wasn't allowed inside the temple, but its architecture, cleanliness, and serene ambiance can undoubtedly calm your soul. What resonated with me the most was a thought written inside the temple: "All the flowers are already dedicated to God, hence, kindly don't pluck them to worship again." It felt as though someone had penned the very thoughts of my heart. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely go there with my loved ones, as it's a place worth sharing with them.

A very nice temple in Kalimoong. A must visit while you visit Kalimpong. The temple has some great architecture and lovely colors. A real lively place to be in. People from all castes and religions visit the Is temple and travel from near and far. The temple is kept very clean and neat. Parking for four wheelers ara available and clean rest rooms are also there for the welfare of visitors and pilgrims. Post Covid lockdown relaxations automatic dispensing sanitizers have been installed by the authorities. The architecture, paintings and depiction of important events in Hindu mythology are very beautifully created. See through the photographs to know how well these depictions are made. Keep clean, stay green and keep Kalimpong clean.

A beautiful temple right at the heart of Kalimpong! First and foremost when you reach the temple premises, you almost feel like settling down in one of the surrounding houses - such is the calmness and peace of the place. The temple itself is a picture of grandeur. Spread across two levels, the bottom level houses the samadhi of the founder Shri Mangaldas, and administrative offices. The top floor houses a beautiful Krishna mandir, complete with statues depicting events from the Lord's life. On the side you can also see the classrooms, with students busy taking classes in voice, singing etc. A must visit place for a bit of peace and piousness.

A well maintained, neat and clean temple which is very hard to find in India. This temple of Kalimpong truly stands out. They say "Cleanliness is Godliness" and you exactly feel it here. When the surroundings are so beautifully sculptured with flowering plants and the clouds brush your skin, you feel close to your inner spirit. Your senses suddenly wake up and you surrender yourself to Him. The temple is for Lord Krishna, you can find the major events of Krishna's life engraved in the walls of the hall. Take part in the evening prayers and let go of your stress. Location: Down the hill from Dumbar Chowk, not all the cab drivers agree to go there as the road is quite bad. I would suggest spending extra bucks to find this hidden gem. It's totally worth it. #Follow me for more reviews on traveling and fooding. If you found my review helpful, please drop a like, this encourages me to go on with it😊

The sacred hindu temple Mangal Dham in Kalimpong is one of the most significant religious centers in West Bengal and among the must visit places in Kalimpong. It was built in 1993 by Shri Krishna Pranami in the divine memory of late guru Shri Mangaldasji. This temple covered over an area of 2 acres. Dedicated to Lord Krishna, the whole theme of this Temple or Dham is Knowledge, Devotion and Service. There are so many paintings telling us the Krishna Leela on the walls of the temple. visitors can walk across to various parts of this sacred hindu Mandir/ dham. Outside of the temple there is a beautiful garden with colorful flowers. Its open for all visitors. Timings: 6 AM - 6 PM

A beautiful temple of Radha & Krishna name as Mangal Dham. Very quiet/calm atmosphere inside it. Some story of Mahabharata is written with idol inside here. Low music with fragrance of incense sticks will calm down your mind if you stay more than 5 minutes inside it.

This Mangal Dham Pranami Temple is located in Kalimpong and it’s dedicated to lord Krishna. The road to the temple id very narrow but once you reach to this temple, you filled up with full of positive and spiritual energy. The Dham premises are really clean, pleasant and well maintained as well. This temple area is so silent that you feel really good for you! There are several idols and especially Lord Krishna, Radha, Shiv ji and Parvati. I got to know that Shri Dev Chandra Maharaj was the founder of this temple. This temple is so big and calm that you can spend some time here to fulfill of inner you! You can the local taxis to get here and return back as well OR else, if you book sightseeing for a day, then this place is a part of your sightseeing for Kalimpong.
