I had booked this hotel based on its reviews and rating. However, when I reached the place, it was not at all what I had expected. The staff were very nonchalant about their work and did not entertain any requests. The room that I got booked was not clean. It was damp and musty. Mosquitoes were everywhere. There was a foul smell all around the room. The bathroom was in an even more horrible condition. The ventilation was also not proper. When I asked for another room they simply ignored my request and said that they can only give this particular room even though it was apparent that they had other rooms available. I decided not to stay there and leave within the next hour. However, during check out, the receptionist did not even bother to ask me why I was leaving within an hour or for any other feedback on my experience. When I complained to them about being impolite and unprofessional, they told me that they were just not thinking about it and ‘forgot’. They did not apologise nor did they provide any reason or explanation regarding their pathetic service. Since the booking was non-refundable they did not offer any compensation at all. This hotel is run by the most discourteous and uncouth group of people that I have ever met. They do not care for your needs and requests. They do not care to keep their hotel in order. They do not care for your experience. They care only for your money. I implore you not to stay in this place.

One of the worst hotel I have ever been to. They have put in all their money only on lobby area I guess. You will get a good vibe on your first sight at lobby area and then once you get inside, it's a roadside hotel only. For those looking out for a hygienic place to stay in, please never consider this one. Complete waste of money. Wish I could give this hotel a zero star.

Rooms are average to good. Staff is really cooperative. Location is best, if u are coming with shopping perspective this hotel is best. Basic amenities like toiletries need to improved little bit. This is my 5th stay at the hotel because of its location and cooperative staff.

Good points: bed capacity, location, access to bidhan market, near by multi cuisine restaurant Area of improvement: ac seems to ineffective. Need to put 16 degree to get some feel. At midnight rooms became cold , woke up and switch off ac. Then got cold affected. Need to wait for menu card, floor mats.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.. first of all hotel is very nice.. rooms are also good.. but specially the staffs of this hotel are very non active and non professional. In room there is water problem.

The hotel is terrible....we had such a pathetic experience staying in this hotel....the staff is impolite...rooms are dirty and have cockroaches.... couldn't sleep well because of loud and continuous noises of lift....they charge Rs 41 for a Rs 20 mineral water bottle (1 litre) which is excessive considering that this is such a low standard hotel

If I can give 0 star, then I would. The rooms are too dirty to stay.. all time, you will see cockroaches over here and there. The suite is not maintained. Even bathroom taps and showers were not working properly. Suddenly, the current was not there, and even after 15 mins, they didn't notice it. I have to ask them multiple time for the current supply in my suite. The smell of all the rooms of that suite was terrible.. even after spraying room freshner.

Don't go by the pictures, the infrastructure and the rooms inside is in very pathetic condition. I got lured by the so called discount from the agoda app and called the property several times before booking but they did not respond and since I was in a rush , I had to book. Also the hotel is situated in a market area so it is pretty smelly outside. For all these reasons , I made an early check out and I have even requested for a refund for the one remaining day which I did not stay thru the app but the supplier of the hotel declined our request due to non-refundable policy, well good for you ! And as a token of appreciation I felt I should write about such a wonderful experience. Anyways, I urge others not to make the similar mistakes I made.

This is a very average hotel. The number given in the website is not working. The rooms are awful and there's pan parag stains everywhere even inside the room. That's the best room. It is ridiculously expensive for no facility except for AC Bathroom was not cleaned Flush was not working. The manager name is Jerome, When i tried to bargain, as I was only staying for few hours and solo female from ₹1400 to ₹1200. Even though the price shown in the website was ₹1043, I was told that there are no rooms and also I was told that I'm a woman and not supposed to bargain. When asked to speak to the owner, it was denied saying the owner is rude and doesn't know to talk to women when making payment it was done to his account not to the hotel account.

WARNING NEVER STAY. They have posted deceiving photos of this hotel in several apps, like agoda, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip etc. Its very old property, and poorly maintained. Never ever believe in photos. It not the same.no good drinking water, TV not working, no toiletries n poor service . Rooms worth max Rs. 800/night

I was very impressed with the service rendered. The staff were well-mannerd and sincere and served with a smile. The receptionists were very helpful. The room service was up to the mark. We felt like right at home. Thank you for the hospitality, comfort and amenities. Worth staying.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. There is no maintenance of the hotel. Rooms are shabby with pungent smell.. there are cockroaches and flies in the room. Rooms have no ventilation with pillars in between. Washrooms are quite dirty.the electric kettle and half of the charging points aren’t working .The staffs are very unsupportive especially the lady in the reception. Despite telling her that the pictures they have uploaded in various websites didn’t match and the rooms are not upto the mark she was adamant that she won’t change the room. We took two deluxe rooms one was like a matchbox with a tiny little window that won’t open and the other room had a window just adjacent to the other building and they had mentioned in website that deluxe room has city view with king bed . Though the bed we got was queen or even smaller. Bedsheets had stains in it. While shifting room we had to carry our own heavy luggage to other room there was no staff to help. We had to wait till 5 in the evening for room cleaning as the staffs were taking their own gala time since 3 hrs to have lunch. .Food was completely tasteless with high pricing. We had to call numerous times to clean the room after having lunch. It wasn’t done until late evening.There was no water supply in the morning. When asked for tea at 8 in the morning the the person at the reception said that he won’t be able to provide it as they are sleeping and kept the phone engaged so we couldn’t call him further. There was no staff at 8:30 in the morning to carry our luggage so we had to do it ourself

Bad hotel at crowded location. Service is horrible. Cannot switch off a ceiling light in the room from inside and if you put it off the bathroom will be dark. So if you want to wanna go to the washroom , you have to go outside to switch on the light. Had to ask several times for any small service. The room was small and foul smelling all around. It seems the hotel is outaged.

One of the worst hotels to stay especially when you are with family. Cockroaches were crawling all over the rooms Rooms were stinking very badly and even the area of the hotel is bad you couldn't get out without closing your noses. Avoid if possible

Very bad hotel, high price. Have charged me INR 1508 for a tiny non AC room. No proper amenities. Cockroaches everywhere around the room are also so noisy that I could not even sleep. Below that 3rd grade hotel forget about the 3stars. Staff is adamant...

Pathetic rooms. AC was not working properly. Most of the items were broken. Don't have food service available. They will bring food from outside. The location is good. Near the Hong Kong Market. You will also find good food joints nearby.

Rooms are shabby. Maintenance is absolutely next to zero. All time water is not even available. Don't go for the pictures in the internet. Bathrooms have drainage issues from where pests appears inside the room.

Pathetic experience. They provided us a room which had no ventilation, only a sliding window which faced their passage (people passing from there could see the room) and another room had a window which faced the next building and whose curtain didnot open at all. We had to choose one room from these two choices. But again it was stinky and we were unable to stay in the room. After a lot of conversation with the receptionist we were given a room which was spacious facing the city with two large windows. Food was absolutely tasteless. We took two rooms one room’s window was facing the next building and in that room water was not there in the washroom. After waiting for a long time they sorted out the problem. Tea was not available till 8:30in the morning. Had to carry out our own luggages as no staffs were there at 8:30am. Pathetic experience will not suggest anyone to stay here.

Worst hotel. Don't ever book hotel directly from there website. There rooms are small. 3 bedded room is same size as normal room just they put 1 extra bed. No soap in bathroom, no dental kit. No service. High need of maintaince.

The hotel and the room were very untidy. Mosquitoes and cockroaches welcome you in the room. You can see dust everywhere. Even the washroom door was so small that I banged my head while entering it. Water was not consumable at all. We could hear the noise of doors closing and opening whole night. The whole place was smelly. It was a horrible experience.... wouldn't recommend at all.

It was the worst stay of my life till now. There was no water in the washrooms for 3-4 hours. Later also, we called them multiple times, then they fixed it. Staff doesn't have any concerns about their guests. There were small cockroaches on the bed and in washroom. The water bottles kept were not clean, when asked they said it's fresh. We asked for Bisleri water and waited for so much time, but they didn't provide. Highly unrecommended.

Good location. But few rooms are not up to the mark.I appreciate Vikas- manager for his help during my stay. He addressed my complain positively. Hotel management should focus on hygiene part. Which is missing.

Best affordable stay and best location for business travellers and lay over travellers in Siliguri. Spacious rooms with all basic amenities. Absolutely courteous and friendly staff and without their help and support many things would have difficult for me here at Siliguri. I have been regular at this place for years now and definitely recommend it to others.

Previously I had a bitter experience. Room was small and damped. Bedbug was there and the linen was not clean. But still I booked this time because I had believe in Mount group. I have stayed theirs others hotels. This time I got room no 103. It was clean, spacious, ample light and most importantly very clean bed. I hope I will get same kind of room in future.

The rooms are dirty and smell like they haven't been used for a long time. The locks don't work properly. They provided normal stored water in the jar. When asked for mineral water I was asked to buy from outside. I could find dead and live cockroaches all over. And as per the room and service the price is very high. You'd rather get a beautiful property and room for the price nearby with good rooms, better service and with mineral water. Very Disappointed

Rooms were great. Bedroom was neat and spacious. The restroom had geyser. The other rooms where my friends were staying were also very cosy. Service was apt. They even booked a car for dropping us at the station. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is just 200m away from the famous Honk Kong Market.
