Very centrally located and easy to find. It's an older property and carries that charm. Rooms appear to have been renovated recently and are quite nice. But there are small areas where the older construction peeks through. Food is decent and reasonably priced. The menu has good if not extensive selection. I did not go through the bar menu fully and can't comment on that. The standout feature of the hotel is its staff, Courteous polite and attentive. Housekeeping was instantaneous and room service was a close second. While they couldn't accommodate my request for an early breakfast they compensated by arranging a packed breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed in sinclairs for two nights before we left for the trek in sandhakpu. The rooms were great and clean. The host was very warm and made everything to keep us comfortable. Infact they packed breakfast for us without us asking for it as they realised we had an early morning flight! I would strongly recommend this place to all of you.

We stayed there for a night. It was kind of transferable stay so that we could catch flight next morning from Bagdogra. Property seems to be little old. Lifts, bathrooms and rooms looks quite old. I was surprised that room was not having proper curtains instead they were having rolling blinds. Few staffs listen less and speaks more. But rest all were good. Room cleanliness was good, but it was not a luxury feel. Food was good, room service was on time, reception people were helpful and polite.

Although this is my hometown, stayed here once while on a road trip from Kolkata to Gangtok, it is indeed quite value for money, given the quality of rooms and service.

One of the best hotel chain I visited. I do recommend everyone to go aand enjoy the hospitality. And don't forget to enjoy the meals in Sinclairs with tge holidays! Cheers!!

Pros: 1. Sinclairs, Siliguri is one of the oldest higher end property of Siliguri. It is centrally located with good accessibility to all parts of the city as well as adjoining hill stations. 2. The property covers a huge sprawling area which is usually missing in new age hotels. 3. Less no of keys meaning the property is never crowded. 4. Calm and quiet ambience with a in general relaxed vibe inspite of being centrally located. 5. Good room sizes with all standard amenities and comfortable beds. 6. Most of the staff are serving the property from a very long time and take good care of the guest and strive to provide a homely/friendly atmosphere. 7. Catered to all special request that I made owing to the fact that I was travelling with a 2 yr old kid. 8. Complimentary water (RO/UV treated) provided in refillable glass bottles instead of usual plastic ones which is commendable and so much environment friendly. Cons: 1. In room dining/restaurant closes too early at 10.30 pm meaning you have to make alternate arrangements if you arrive late or have some late night hunger pangs. At least, some limited all day dining menu is expected till 12 AM if not 24x7 for this category of property. 2. Swimming pool closes too early at 6 PM. 3. Buffet Breakfast served is below par for this category of hotel and is repetitive. 4. The hotel doesn't have its own fleet of vehicles and sources vehicular requirements of guests from third party agencies meaning that you can't get a vehicle at short notice should you require one. 5. No security guards seen at main entrance which is somewhat surprising. 6. The property is clearly showing its age and some renovation/modernisation (both indoor & outdoor) shall do it a world of good. 7. Lot of areas outside the building are very dimly lit which give an 'eerie' feeling at times.

Healthy food. Not added too much salty or oily and not even over cooked. A perfect aroma and keep mild spices. I love the cooking style and good presentation of interior. Nice service. And most important point is parking space is nearest and have plenty spaces to park. Price satisfied by healthy food.

Average average average. Nothing to write home about as such. Basic, convenient and simple- no frills no thrills. Neat clean and in need of an overhaul soon .

Nice Hotel at a good location only half an hour from Airport, Towels kept in bath room was very poor and tired, doesn't match match at all with hotel standard.

Best place to go for swimming in Siliguri. It's not crowded and it's very peaceful here. The only place in Siliguri where you can enjoy Sauna!!

It was a great place at kalimpong. Really hospitality was also outstanding. All staffs are so helpful and kind hearted. Specially mr. Traditional hotel and very famous. Rooms are bit smaller compared to same budget other hotels. Foods are good. Location is prime advantage.

The staffs specially the front desk are extremely unprofessional except restaurant staff who were good and this one star is for them. Property is not maintained and looks like old and shabby, unhygienic place.

Good place for marriage ceremonies. Both open and well decorated halls are available for Hindu marriage purpose. The floor levels are not properly maintained.

It is a standard, clean, good hotel with professional staff who are trained well and know their job. The hotel is located in a way where reaching aiport is easier but, if you're moving towards the hills, it is a nightmare because one has to go through the entire city. Food is good conpared to anywhere else nearby. Standards are maintained but the Hotel needs a renovation now. The age and thrashing of time is showing up on the hotel.

Very Big and old hotel and premium too …. Many more premium hotels are now in Siliguri but Sinclairs still manages to dominate among them .

Nice place to stay with family and friends. But not an ideal place to organise official meetings as the systems are not up-to-date and my experience was pathetic as we tried to conduct a hybrid meeting

Rooms were tiny compared to the price.Our room had a terrible view of construction site.Food is extremely spicy no matter what you order.Hardly renovation done.Old lifts,old facilities but only good point was that the service was good.

Rooms are decent and clean. Swimming pool and Gym is also there. Since they prepare fresh food, they take a lot of time.Better to order atleast half an hour earlier

So this is a late review but as they say, never too late. My wedding ceremony was organized in Sinclairs so it holds a special place in my heart. The property is huge and beautiful. You will get a cottage vibe when you enter the property. Being the bride I didn't get a chance to enjoybthe food. But each and every guest had praised the food. The food was amazing, just what a father could ask for. Thanks a lot Sinclairs for making my day so special and successful.
