Top class The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown । Overall, I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Spent a night there in their triple bed room. liked the fact that room was pretty clean and cozy and well furnished. Just felt that the quality of bathroom could have been better. There is no proper exit water in the bathroom once you take shower, which can become messy. Also, geyser tap becomes too hot to touch while taking the shower. It had wifi as well and the thing I liked most is that the staff was too good. They even allowed us to cancel our online booking so that we don't have to pay 18% tax on the room fee :) another good thing is, it is just 10 minutes from the railway station :)

The rooms are not as given the photo. There is no room cleaning service or anything as such. No food availability. But the behaviour of staff is good and is at good location. Commute to other parts of Siliguri is available.

Room was pretty dirty and right next to a huge automatic AC motor that burst noisly into life every 20 minutes. The smell from the drains outside wasn't well masked by the air purifier and the shower was only cold water.

Budget stay and unworthy I was on a trekking expedition enroute Sikkim and had stayed at this property over night for about 12 hours. It was recommended by the trek organisers as well another reason for staying here was that it was claimed that it is within walking distance to New Jalpaiguri railway station. Although it is a budget hotel and for the price, we cannot expect any fancy amenities the hotel was found wanting in the most basic of things. Cleanliness. The bathroom was old, outdated, the tap was leaky and worst of all it was smelly. I complained and changed the room but to no avail. The room was again not spotless. Please note that this property is not walking distance from NJP station as claimed it’s a good 15 to 20 minute’s walk. With heavy luggage, bad uneven roads it becomes very difficult to drag your stuff or lift it. You would need a cycle rickshaw. Irrespective of the price I would not recommend this property.

All good but rooms are too much hot

Location was good, railway station is just 1 km away from here. Currently due to covid cafeteria is not operating but they should have arrangements for guest arriving late hours.

The hotel is locatedvery close to NJP railway station. Specially suitable for business man.

NO ARRANGEMENT OF BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER AND ANY KIND OF ROOM SERVICE. ONLY PACKAGE DRINKING WATER. YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE EVEN FOR A CUP OF TEA.

But no breakfast , tea etc. One has to buy from outside nearby.

It's .5 km from NJP station. The rooms are not at all of good standard. You might end up paying 2k for horrible rooms.

It is situated at New Jalpaiguri. Distance from NJP Station is near about 1 KM. The hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are small but sufficient to stay 1 night. King size bed is adequate for 3 person in family. Bathroom size is also small but sufficient for one night stay. Water and electricity was there. We also got hot water from centralized geyser. The only problem was there Comode hand shower. Commode hand shower stand was broken. Water leakage in the commode hand shower was there but it was any how working. We adjusted it any how. Food price in this hotel is very much how compared to the foods available outside the hotel. Auto fare from Siliguri jeep stand to this hotel was Rs.150/- and from this hotel to NJP Station was Rs 100/- reservedThere was plenty of street food and road side restaurants and sweet shops are available along with others type of shops. Wine shop also is there near the hotel. Arsanal Biryani shop and Darbar Biryani shop also are there. The price of food is very cheap here compared to the hill area shops and the restaurants in NJP hotels. Staffs behavior is good. All night Arrival and departure facilities are there. You can book this hotel from outside NJP by paying Advance payment on line.

Well maintained room with good behaviour. Food is costly hence you have to eat outside It's on main road so noise can be problem for front facing room. Otherwise nice hotel with good connectivity with transportation

Well it was just one night stay.... Visited thr during 2021 durga pujo... Good decent small room and washroom. Only thing the sheets weren't clean and were torn.....When complained they changed but still the sheets were not much good but ok for one night stay.... Very very Good Attitude and behaviour of the hotel boys and manager.....
