Better experience with food,rooms, ambience & staff. Good atmosphere here. Nice to stay here. One of the best hotels in Siliguri.

Rooms were decent for the pricing, few appliances didn't work, so they changed the room immediately for us. Lots of mosquitos inside the room, so you got to call the staff to spray mosquito repellent. All out/ good night doesn't do a great job Reception and Lobby, renovation under progress, so not a great sight. Even few rooms are under repair, so don't plan a staycation here, coz they work loudly during the day. In house restaurant is decent, but limited number of items and long waiting time for service. Staff is helpful and friendly. Especially the room boys are very helpful and caring. Don't expect any views from the rooms, hardly anything. Location is good, right at the start of the city, so to travel out or in to the city becomes easier.

I was not at all pleased with the experience. The price for the room was too high for the condition of the room. The room was old and outdated, with a small, outdated television and noisy window air conditioner. The wall and roof paint was coming off and the curtains and sofa were old and worn. The toilet was outdated and in bad condition. There was dust everywhere, which made the room look even worse. I would not recommend this room to anyone since it is not value for money. These are the pictures of the room which I paid 4000 Rs.

I hope many people aware of this place. Chicken Tandoori is flavorful, perfectly marinated with spices served with onion lachha and green chutney. Mutton Rogan Josh is nearly perfect. We felt it was undercooked. Some pieces are bit chewy but strangely the spices is perfectly maintained. The rogan is ❤️ Kashmiri Pulao falls under a unique pulao proposition where dry fruits are center of attraction with sweeter side of the flavour. It was brilliant. Butter Naan is very soft, not chewy even after keeping it for 15-20 mins. The butter bath Naan is perfect.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms was really nice. I had a premium double booked for me. Price wise really good. Now the restaurant was top notch.. items i tried, quite liked them.. hotel staffing was great, very respectful and courteous. I really liked my stay there.

Very near to main road, easy to reach airport in lesser time from this place. They have enough space for parking and they have huge setup so getting early rooms won't be an issue if you reach the hotel early. They have food food option as well and at the same time just below the hotel there is a good bengoli resturant, one can try food there as well. Overall good place for business people and family people.

We visited for lunch. Ordered sweet lime soda, Chicken drumsticks, butter nun, masala kulcha and chicken bharta. Quality of the food is extremely good. Sufficient quantity. Service was really fast. Overall, a place where we want to visit again.

Location is perfect..as junction is 2-3 km, so getting connecting vehicles for hills,not just shared taxi buy even govt run state buses is available! Apart from connectivity it's perfectly placed away from the chaos of junction area,ample parking space,FL shop few steps away and in hotel restaurant,well the convenience speakers for itself.

So relaxing hotel for staying. Room service was the best. Best staff. And also the breakfast is awesome with the chilled Juice

Situated around 5-mins commutable distance from 'Tenzing Norway' bus terminus. The hospitality of the staff was awesome,they also have their own in-house restaurant and bar. Must-try: 1)Khichdi and Alo-Gobi. 2)They also serve some lip-smacking breakfast buffet. Pros: 1)But one can have access to a plethora of things(E.g-Epare Bangla,Kolkata 1757,bar,sweet shops). 2)Check-in time is flexible,if you contact them beforehand. Cons: 1)The rooms has no access to balcony,whatever rooms you are opting for. 2)The price they charge per-room are a bit on a higher side,compared to the room size. Will look forward to visit again. Worst service I have been experiencing. My whole family has been sleeping hungry in the night . Please do not visit these hotels on seeing there rooms .

I ordered tandoori chicken from this hotel. It was really good but it become cold and chewy. Chilli chicken was not so good in teste. Although moderate place.

The rooms are overcharged. The onsite restaurant serves good breakfast buffet.. Decent for a one night halt but not more than that..

Stayed here for one night. AC of our allotted room was not working. Upon raising the issue they have changed the room. Service is very slow even after constant reminders. Food is just passable. Consider if better option is not available.

Priced at around 2k per room, the rooms were decent with clean sheets, air conditioning and proper water supply in the washrooms. It's a pretty average and okayish place if you're looking to spend one night.

Ordered Chilli chicken through swiggy. They gave 8 big pieces of chicken which was happy to see for a short time, but when you eat it you get to know that it was bone with small amount of chicken which looks bike. Really disappointed to get a bad meal from such hotel.
