Service was good, maybe because we went with someone who had a membership. The staff very friendly and helpful. First day we went for dinner buffet, the food was average as compared to the good reviews we heard before. Second day we went to swim at the swimming pool which was good. As there wasn't anyone other than us so we could enjoy thoroughly.

The Rooms are excellent. Very spic and span. Well maintained bathrooms. Food was great too. That one less star is because one of the kitchen staff behaved very rudely towards us, a batch of five ladies travelling on our own. We had asked them, the previous night, to pack breakfast, because we had an early flight to catch. He was in charge and after waiting for half an hour, we asked him why there was a delay. He answered very rudely and it felt like he was the one paying to feed us! ( We had asked for the bare minimum from the lavish buffet table.) That one flaw really spoiled the mood for us. Let me reiterate, the rest of the staff was excellent and treated us courteously, but as they say, one rotten apple spoils the whole lot!

Amazing Property. Great Location. Rooms are Nice and Simple yet Great. Amazing Ambience of the Restaurant. Really Pretty Pool Area. Huge Parking Space. Food is a bit Disappointing Though. Bar Rates are Reasonable. Really Pretty Views from Higher Floor Rooms. Very Sweet and Helpful Employees. Also There the Property is Wheelchair Accessible. Call at the Reception 5 Minutes before you reach the Venue and they will arrange a Wheelchair and a person will be waiting at the entrance with the Wheelchair to receive you.

Location was almost nearer to all the main places in the city and very near. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Haven’t found any discomfort in the room and was quite decent. Washroom also was good and clean and comfortable and decent. Staff was very friendly and given early checkout at a minimal cost. Room service was really awesome. Food will be available 24*7 for in room dining. This was really good for the one who will arrive late or something like that. Overall experience was awesome and hope to stay here again with in near future. 

The buffet spread is nice , bit not outstanding. Less options for non vegetarian. No unique food items were there. All were run of the mill. Desserts were really sad. They give discount to armed forces personnel.

We visited the place for lunch and I have to say the buffet was quite good. There were some dishes on the menu, like the crab salad, the fish curry, mushroom soup and the pickles which stood apart and were some of the best dishes I have had in Kerala cuisine. The restaurant has a great view of the lake, and is surrounded by palm and coconut trees which made our afternoon extremely pleasant and memorable. The service provided by the staff was exquisite and everyone was extremely polite and helpful with all our requests.

The rooms were good. Staff was very helping. But their bedding gave me scabies. Not expected with such a reputed chain of hotels. The Manager was so much confused, he took almost an hour to do our billing and check out, even though we had clarified everything with him in well advance. I was with family, and it created a ruckus for us due to this. The food and buffet was amazing however.

Had a great business meeting experiment. Food and all arrangement were superb . Subina was very prompt to her response and service. Everything was well arranged as promised. Well have the same meeting here again Thank you.

I felt the service and the good was not good. Was invited for dinner by a friend. The higher level staffs were rude and arrogant (being a worker in a job) The food served was just ok. Not good. I think it was not worth the money spent. I don't recommend this place for gatherings or going to have just food. It's not good. I have been to many Marriott properties and this one seems to stand out. For instance the one at Gurgaon was so pleasant to stay at. Good food, good staff with very good attitude. The siliguri Marriott was not the same. I think the level of standard different geographically. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want to have food or parties.

Overall experience is adequate. Housekeeping service is great. Pool service is very poor, they mentioned complimentary towel but there were no one to provide or assist. Electric lights at the pool was not proper. Not expected form the 5 star hotel and such a brand.

We all had a very good time in Courtyard by Marriott. The food was great as there was a variety of food and it was awesome in taste. The staff members were very hospitable, in particular Chef Sanjeev Sharma, who has been totally involved with all his guests in the Siliguri Restaurant, Mr Palas and Prahlad were also at the restaurant who had been ensuring that everyone was looked after well. I would also like to compliment all the staff who had been working very hard to ensure that all the guests had a nice experience in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for vacation as well as for business tour. Overall I had a great time.

The staff at the gate are nicer than the staff behind the desk. They lack manners and class. The MOD was rude while speaking, acts as of he owns the hotel. These people need to learn some dignity and such a good chain of hotel but classless. Very disappointed in the management and facilities. This place is a little cramped upto the standards set by the other chain of 5 star hotels. Awful experience. Unfriendly staff.

Raja was the best in service, very polite, friendly and respectful in buffet service at restaurant. Loved the food! I saw an incident where people behaved badly with abhinash, it was not his fault, I request the management not to do any bad action with abhinash. The people were behaving badly with staff. I really enjoyed the whole experience at marriot and would recommend everyone to eat here.

The rooms was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The waiters were committed to great service. Atmosphere was awesome. Very happy and would recommend this place to anyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quality of rooms is excellent. Especially the bed and linen and cleanliness. Food can be better. Few dishes in the dinner and breakfast buffet were good. Reception staff is decent and courteous. Asking for water bottles and tea bags the next morning was prompt. View from the room is beautiful. One of the most comfortable beds I can confidently say. Good experience.

We stayed at the Siliguri Marriott after waiting at the airport for over 8 hours for our flight to be canceled. After arriving at almost 9pm, the staff courteously greeted us and provided us with some of the best service I've received. The rooms were clean, updated, and comfortable with small touches such as reading lights on the bed that stood out as having attention to detail. The restaurant (we enjoyed dinner a la carte, breakfast buffet) had an amazing atmosphere with all staff being very courteous, fast, and attentive when we needed. Again, there are many small details that the staff paid attention to that made this stay stand out to us. They even packed us a sandwich for our flight out the next day. If you have a chance or opportunity to stay here on your way to the north eastern states of India, I definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Can't say anything about rooms - didn't stay here. The dining is great, we stopped here for brunch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got our order and some additional items relatively fast. Food was fresh and well prepared, however I've had better. Have to give them points for making an effort because we came the morning after Holi party and I am quite sure they were either short staffed or the staff were over exhausted from the night before. They invited us to continuation of Holi party at 2pm, but due to our travel plans, we could not attend. Overall satisfied with the visit and I think that the stay here would be pleasant. I for sure can recommend the food at the restaurant. Safe travels 👍

Hello, I stayed in this hotel- the overall stay experience was pleasant; however at past I was disappointed with the below mentioned behaviour. At the time of booking, we were informed that our dinner and breakfast are included in the package however at the time of checkout we were charged for dinner. This is not expected from hotels like Marriott. To all the guest- please take in writing when you visit this hotel to avoid last minute hustle. To the staff- Please discuss this incidence within your team, and take necessary next step. If you ask my POV - After this incidence, I will not prefer to stay in Marriott at any place. Its less about the money but more about the commitment and I was disappointed in that aspect.

This is one place where we visit almost every alternate month now. We have stayed here for 5 times and every single time has been Unforgettable for my family and me. Their dedication towards their customers is praiseworthy and exemplary. Staff at reception is very courteous and helpful. Staff at restaurant is remarkable in rendering their service. Special shout out to chef Chakraborty for being so kind and thoughtful with all dining members. I am sure the management and training team at Marriott Hq is outstanding for creating such experiences every single time. Keep up the hard work and dedication!

I went there for Christmas Brunch with family and I must say that I had a better experience than what I had at Mayfair tea resort. I'd give a 3.5/5 on food, 3.5/5 on ambience,4.5/5 on staff courtesy, professionalism and service. Special mention for the attendants and one of the chefs (Tenzing) who went out of their way to make our dining experience even more special with personalized service.

Staff was nice and tried to help after few inconvenience. But terrible arrival. Room not ready, sofa disgusting, no paper toilet, table dirty. Breakfast was ok. But for dinner, They shouldn't have this kind of buffet. When we left restaurant, kgs of food were still on the buffet, ready to be thrown away. It can't be acceptable.They should change that.

It was a short stay and largely to spend the night. So did not use all the amenities. Hence its not fair to give 5 star rating. The room was good and decent in size for a couple. The restaurant on the first floor was large. Breakfast buffet was lavish as well as tasty and. The property looks cramped from outside but has spacious rooms. Staffs were excellent. I did not face any issues as such. Its one of the talled building in siliguri, so the view from higher floor rooms were really peaceful.

Have made a night halt and have dined in multiple times here. Food is okayish not going to say its great, service can be better considering the brand. The rooms are spacious enough with great views. The best part is the location considering the railway , bus and flight which are easily accessible with a drive of 20mints.

Just tried their buffet Meals tonight. It was good . Loved the starters, the baked vegetables were just wow, crispy chicken was top notch. Main course was amazing, didn’t expect it to be that perfect but it was very well presented. Mutton was yum 👌 Food: 4⭐️ Ambiance: 3.5 ⭐️ Service 3.5⭐️ Price: 999 + taxes (Dinner Saturday)

Recent visit was not a good experience. 😕 Bar area is been removed. Although the bartender was warm but the other staff was ignoring guests. After 8-10 minutes we've been asked for water. Thought to leave after the first drink, however because of lack of time, we stayed. Food was nice as always. Menu has been re-done. Added lot more Indian dishes and removed continental. Limited options for appetisers.
