It was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life and I am requesting you to not book that hotel and the staff was chewing vimol pan masala.

Nice Hotel at the mid of the city and just 1.4 kms away from Hong Kong Market which is the most commonly visited place by outsiders. The staff is very professional, well behaved and supporting. The rooms are well maintained and clean with proper wi-fi range and speed.

Very good hotel to stay in Siliguri near New Jalpaiguri railway station. Hotel staffs are very friendly and co-operative. Facilities provided by the hotel is really appreciatable. Food is also very tasty. They used to take orders from you and then they prepare. It's not like other hotels where the food is already cooked and they just serve you when you ordered.

Rooms are nice clean and good. Services are may be good because we didn't use survice much. Location is very good. Parking facilities is also available.

We had a 3-day long stay in here. The rooms are neat, equipped with king size bed (twin sharing also available), TV, attached bathroom, dressing space, storage cupboard, tea table, ceiling fan, room lights, plug points in well maintained condition. It has been rated by GoIbibo (an online service provider for traveling). The hotel is also listed on Oyo Rooms. The staff members are cooperative, smiling and ready for assistance towards willingful hospitality. The daily cleaning is well and change of bedsheets are performed every day. The room service and restaurant offers some limited yet good quality and mild taste food preparations. Room packages with breakfast (complimentary) are offered. Each room has a window (first floor has no advantages of it due to property besides) and natural ventilation is good inside the room on upper floors. All the rooms are accessible through an elevator and wheelchair. Sizes are seems to be a bit congested if one is carrying luggage.

We stayed here for 3 days. It was nice. Their service was definitely good. They respond very well. It takes time to cook but they serve by the intimated time. Food is tasty. Breakfast which is continental is great. It is located at the heart of Siliguri in Sevoke road. Everything goes fine here. Even there is no water problem. The only thing is there is no wifi and TV signal. When we switched on the TV, channels weren't there. Even the staff didn't respond to us. I felt bad and concentrated on my Phone.

The food was a bit expensive....and the shower wasnt working properly ...otherwise everything was good....the room with twin bed was quite efficient

Never to stay in standard rooms ,stayed for 4 nights at there ,rooms are suffocating and I didn't have the good experience over there.
