Rude & unprofessional room service & front desk staff.Even though they had a food menu in the room,when I tried to order my dinner they rudely refused and asked me to go and have my dinner in the restaurant which was at a different building.These two days of my stay at this Hotel were really pathetic.And if all this wasn't enough,when I was checking out a rude shock was waiting for me,as the on duty manager gave me a bill of the food which I never had as on the two days of my stay at their Hotel i didn't take any food.This is cheating and fraud on their part.

It was a very good experience staying in this hotel. It's a budget friendly hotel with the maximum amount of amenities you can get in that price segment. You get shampoo, conditioner, dental kit and towels for personal hygiene care. In addition to that, they provide electric water heaters with sachets of milk, tea and coffee as complimentary. There's a mini fridge as well. Wifi with smart tv is present. You can watch Hotstar and Amazon prime on that without your account. The location is very close to the bus stand and railway station. Not even 100 meters. You just have to cross the road. All important things you can get nearby only. Medical stores, food stores everything. There's a restaurant as well just beside it.

Scrupulously clean hotel and well behaved staff. Safe for women travellers. Highly recommended. Very near to bus stop too.

Property is good...but service is worst of worst...they also owned restaurant named Sher e Punjab and all their food come from there ...they served us old smelly dal and also charged for that in the bill, after so much discussion they finally remove it from the bill...but next day same worst food we got in the breakfast...lazy staff...no one there to listen your complaints...after ordering food ready to get it almost in 2 hours and believe me I am not exaggerating....

Rooms and bathroom are clean and hygienic.....also it has enough space in bathroom. Staffs are cooperative... It was a nice stay.

A decent stay option at Siliguri. Helpful staff, clean rooms and nice ambience. So overall, no complaints!! PS - Don't judge the place just by the entrance. Property from inside is way better. :)

Rooms with no backup... The entrance to the hotel is very dirty and sticky, Parking is very congestion You need to struggle if you go 9 am to 9 pm. Compare to all with price room is very expensive.. Room is ok if you find it at around 1000 to 1500 but 3200 is very high you can find far better stay at this price.

Effordable price with neat rooms. i paid 800 rs for single room. Location is good, just in frint of Bus stand and Siliguri junction railway station.

Centrally located in Siliguri and well connected. The staff members and managers are very courteous and cooperative. They have their own in house Sher e Punjab restaurant with sumptuous food at affordable cost.

I always stay here whenever I visit siliguri for great location, good food and comfort rooms.
