When we entered the hotel, the manager denied us the entry and behaved with us in distasteful manner. He then told us to contact oyo and make them pay more for the rooms. It was sheer harasment of customer like us, we have to wait and finally pay more than we booked the hotel for.(oyo did not pick up the call). We paid 800 more and payment was not done through the oyo app...it was paid to the hotel manager's google pay.(bascically black money). Every single staff was behaving in pathetic way. The walls of the rooms that were given to us were soaking wet from water. It was smelling bad. Genuine Overall rating Hospitality- very poor Quality of rooms- very poor Locality- good(near vega circle mall) Behaviour of staff- pathetic Would not recommend at all. I hope this review helps some tourists coming to siliguri.

It's a wonderful experience. Staff are Very polite and gentle. Very Safe, good and peaceful environment. Worth staying here nd I would definitely recommend everyone to stay. But one thing I really wanna ask to them that please recharge your Tata sky because it's waste to get a tv in room without any connection.

Room was good, even food also ok... But during checking Hotel Manager shows his arrogance because I have paid the room rent in advanced through the OYO App. Because of the Manager my rating is 1, otherwise i would have given 3.5-4 rating.

Never book..beware. Even after the booking was confirmed from Agoda. The hotel owner did not provide us room and refused to refund saying that they don't allow check in after 9pm. He was ill mannered and rude.

Very rude behaviour by the receptionist.Had to request multiple time for water as there was no water in tap only.Flush in the bathroom even don't work. They really need to learn the "meaning of hospitality". They don't accept any online booking.Even you have proper booking.Even wifi service is very slow. ₹1000 is maximum amount that one should pay while booking.

i am not a big fan of OYO, specially due to cleanliness issues BUT I was amazed by the quality stay offered by this facility. Superclean linens (not even a single spot), well arranged, spacious, neat and clean room. And food offered was delicious and so cheap. The best oyo i have ever visited to.

If anyone booked directly from oyo, hotel owner and receptionist denied to give u room also behave very rude . They charged extra money than they will provide u room . Some room good but some room very poor condition . Not worth to stay here anymore

Worst ever hotel in town. OYO people are selling both online and offline just to garner their commission. No service at all. Only false promises. We took CP plan but food not provided as discussed. Rude staff behaviour. I know OYO will not take any action but still to make people aware. Many good reviews here are fake.

Third class hotel with rude behaviour of hotel management. Worst experience ever. After online booking they took extra charges for check-in. I am denied to pay extra than they provided me very worst room.

It was very nice hotel and room service was good. Location was very peaceful. The hotel is within walking distance from main market. I felt great.

Decent place , decent rooms , much better than any other normal Oyo's but Oyo collection hotels still have a long way to go before they try to cater the upper middle class to posh category , if u want to cater to the premium segment , u cannot compromise on quality , a 4 inch mattress which is comfortable on the body is way better than having an 8 inch matters with no comfort , biggest problem was too many musqitoes which is because it is located just next to a dumping yard in an old barren building just next to it.... That's what's unhygenic and harmful. Apart from that , no complaints... Decent service , water available at all times , bathrooms super spacious , cupboards well built and clean. Room service was pretty decent with good behaviour of entire team of this hotel. Willing to help at all times. I just wish if Oyo management spent a little more on this hotel and put this into their premiums , this could be a game changer but they're not yet there. Location wise perfect , just in the heart of the city , everything at stone's throw distance....

Everything thing is good like room is neat and clean bathroom is also good But what I didn't like about this hotel is behaviour of receptionist and other staff

Over priced as compared to expections,had paid extra charges amount for rooms,at morning there no water in tape of bathroom, after informing,they have on motor of water tank, room is neat and clean, over all I would rate 3 Star ⭐

This hotel is perfect example of worst hospitality and business etiquette The person at front desk not even nbother to do the booking and he has been rude and offering the rates based on his choice he denied the rates provided by agoda or OYO and continue argue to charge extra 1000 bucks for two under 10 years old kids Please find attached video of my conversation

It was good property, location was good, inside the city on main road. Service was also nice on time attending on call, food quality was good. Over all it is nice property.

Nice clean rooms, helpful and cheerful front desk staffs. Location wise also quite peaceful area. Overall good experience.

I booked this through oyo, as I reached hotel staff denied for check in, he was asking more money and I had to pay extra money because of late night. service was not good, Room quality, bedding almost okay Cleaning was not hygienic.

I stayed four night last April, very spacious room. However, the Fan in room no 107 is very noisy with cracking sound. The food from the ground floor hotel is good and the restaurant owner is very nice and friendly.

Had a horrible experience. We made our payments prior our stay, but they did not accept us. Total disappointment. Would not like to recommend it to anyone.

Online booking ke bad bhi room nahi mila, my humble request do not book this lodge

We had a pretty much bad experience giving 3 rating because room and washroom was good. OYO management is completely worst there is no understanding between property manager and OYO. I booked my stay for INR570 via AGODA app after reaching to the property after traveling for 7hr the property owner says we can't provide you with the room because our standard per day tarrif is INR1400 and he asked me to speak with OYO team or AGODA team or pay additional amount and then we can allocate you a room. Then almost for an hour speaking with AGODA team explaining them the situation and then OYO team again explaining the situation and informing them booking was already done previously and i won't be paying any extra amount and it's the fault of OYO team not us. Then AGODA team agreed and asked me to pay INR1400 and they would refund the additional amount and then i got my stay after 90min of struggle. Now after having multiple email exchanges for 2days between me and OYO/AGODA i have been today in 30business days i would be getting my refund 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️ I would suggest all the traveler please first contact the property manager where you wish to stay and ask for per day charges and then do the booking 🙏🏿🙏🏿 My worst fourth bad experience with OYO.

Rooms, food etc. are good. But they charge extra even if you have booked online. Oyo is their partner but still they will charge 200-300 extra. Please don't book through other apps and come her you will regret as they will simply say they are not partner with that Agoda, MakeMyTrip etc.

Really awesome room and services But if your Oyo allow to pay less thn 1800 per day they will cancel your booking ,thats the only drawback
