We
had
a
pretty
much
bad
experience
giving
3
rating
because
room
and
washroom
was
good.
OYO
management
is
completely
worst
there
is
no
understanding
between
property
manager
and
OYO.
I
booked
my
stay
for
INR570
via
AGODA
app
after
reaching
to
the
property
after
traveling
for
7hr
the
property
owner
says
we
can't
provide
you
with
the
room
because
our
standard
per
day
tarrif
is
INR1400
and
he
asked
me
to
speak
with
OYO
team
or
AGODA
team
or
pay
additional
amount
and
then
we
can
allocate
you
a
room.
Then
almost
for
an
hour
speaking
with
AGODA
team
explaining
them
the
situation
and
then
OYO
team
again
explaining
the
situation
and
informing
them
booking
was
already
done
previously
and
i
won't
be
paying
any
extra
amount
and
it's
the
fault
of
OYO
team
not
us.
Then
AGODA
team
agreed
and
asked
me
to
pay
INR1400
and
they
would
refund
the
additional
amount
and
then
i
got
my
stay
after
90min
of
struggle.
Now
after
having
multiple
email
exchanges
for
2days
between
me
and
OYO/AGODA
i
have
been
today
in
30business
days
i
would
be
getting
my
refund

I
would
suggest
all
the
traveler
please
first
contact
the
property
manager
where
you
wish
to
stay
and
ask
for
per
day
charges
and
then
do
the
booking
ππΏππΏ
My
worst
fourth
bad
experience
with
OYO.
