I didn't find below than 1 star for this review. Why 1 Star? : Because of service quality, staff behaviour and facilities. I've seen only 2 staffs there who are managing all the things. Both of them don't know how to behave with the guests. They are not cooperative at all. If you go there take enough drinking water, coz when it'll cross 10pm, they'll not provide you water , you may very thirsty, but they'll not care. I'll never recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Really nice room where i was put in. About others i cant say. Was travelling solo but missed my last bus to Mathabhanga so i had to stay the night. Great entrance corridor, lighting and aesthetics but more than that it had amazing resort like room with huge French windows in the ground floor when compared to other oyo rooms/hotels for that price range. Very hygienic toilets. Decent but timid staff as they stick too much to script and mostly wont go out of the way to help you out when in dire situation.

I would like to bring to your notice that I was alloted Room number 104. There are many issues in these rooms 1.light inadequate,one cannot even read in such a low light. 2.Hand shower not available at the room. 3.Proper Cupboard for keeping dress not available. 4.Wollen blankets needs to sanitized properly as they were stinking. 5.Door bells not available. 6. Only Soap is provided. I would not recommend it for Family Stay. As per my observation these places were earlier Car Garage which has been converted into rooms.So pillars are there in between rooms.

OYO'S WORST HOTEL EVER NEVER TRY THIS....WHY👎👎👎👎 1. Ask for cold water the management says no possible more than 1 glass. 2. Ask for house cleaning if you find the room dirty the management say only possible during or after check out time. 3. Inform the management that the toilet flush in not functioning properly and water is running continuesly the management says no problem let it run. 4. Ask for an extra pillow the management says not available. 5. The most important thing the management gives a call and says it's time to leave the room as check out is in 15min

It's a quaint little place located near North Bengal nursing home and nibedita nursing home. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and polite. However they don't have a kitchen in the hotel so anything you order will be delivered from outside. Good place for a quiet and comfortable stay.

I liked this place very much. Room was quite big and washroom was clean with hot water facility. Staff were friendly. Slight improvemet is needed regarding breakfast. Anyways, a great place to stay at this price range. Highly recommended.

In a simple word bad. Service is not good. Staff behaviour isn't that polite. Rooms are ok but with plenty of problems. Bathroom lock is broken, flush isn't working properly. Not up to the mark. Stayed one night only but experience wasn't good at all.

Booked for 3adults but what we get is a small room of 2 adults. Extremely poor service. It's like looting of money by claiming the charges for 3 adults but giving a room for 2adults. Plus it's not like sudden booking. It was booked long time back Extremely disappointed with the service
