Booked room online via goibibo and paid online. But when we reached New Jalpaiguri station and tried to contact the hotelier, they informed that the booking was cancelled as they do not accept online payments. Finally Goibibo provided us an alternative one without any additional charges. Completely inconvenient management. I'll recommend you to think twice before paying for room on this hotel online.

I had reached the hotel 4 hours before my check in time. But the staff at the hotel are too supportive that they provided me the basic facilities like washroom, breakfast to get refreshed and also provided me the room 2hours before the check in time.

Rooms are good. Room had led, AC, geyser.Staffs are well behaved. The quality is good but the quantity is very less. But they doesn't clean the room daily.

Unmarried couples are allowed. For couples it's best & secured hotel. Don't tension about your privacy. Staff behaviour is very smooth. Room types are clean and beautiful. Near from Bus stand & Railway station.

Not having any restaurant...they will get food from outside. Location is good...though someone needs to walk for two minutes from main road to reach over here. Staffs are well mannered, breakfast would be included in your package. Overall value for money.

Checked in Room - 5, Ground Floor. The room was very dirty (walls) and the quilt had a bad smell. Alot of mosquitoes, cockroaches and spiders were there. We almost had to kill a bunch of them before we slept. Not satisfactory! During the checkout the other rooms were good but the one which they let us stay in was not worth the price. They shut the acc too at 9:30 am itself. 👎

The rooms are small and the quality of food is average at best. Location is the only plus point. Moreover they try to fleece you by offering you parking at Rs. 200 per night and bottled water at RS.20 per bottle. Since the place is small You can hear everything from everywhere so do remember to speak softly.

Nice hotel. Location very good and easily detectable. Staffs are not well behaved. They provide average food from outside if you book meal during booking. Water was not supplied during checkout.
