Ambiance was very good...one of my favourite staff md Alam he help us alot we came with my family... overall superb...thanks to hotel suktara members...

As a 3 star hotel room are not so pretty but as a 2star hotel room is good. Washroom has dark and bad smell. AC operating system not good because guest can't do that. But service people are excellent. Perfect location ( Beside Siliguri Junction ) food quality is good.

Worst stay there.Hotel interior n location is fantastic and looks like premium but service and facilities are third class..No power back up They shut down the AC in the name of power cut. And argue with you if you call for the AC Same experience for other people as well Don't ever dare to book the hotel.. Service is the reason why hotel is always many vacant rooms but other hotels are having no vacancies.

So disappointing. Despite its great location and some of the nice staff (not all), this hotel disappoints at every single steps. It has a noisy bar/disco on the ground floor and some of the hotel rooms seem to be used for « parties » with a constant coming and going of women... and loud music. We had to move floor as we could not sleep. Then you have to request that reception switch on the hot water every time you’d like to take a shower. It’s ok if the phone in your room works, but if not (as in our room) you have to trek downstairs to make your request. Breakfast was included in our price, but ordering it is also a hardship. Such a shame, the room are nice, (linens was not clean though weirdly and we got it changed as soon as we arrived)

Although the interior and looks of the place will awe you, the actual horror starts when you book the room and stay. Like all other reviewers I am also another victim of their low class services. They literally just hang up on you whenever you try to ask something or pin point an error. Also, when I asked for mineral water, they just gave me tap water in a bottle whose seal was already broken. Then early in the morning, when we were about to leave for NJP station, our car had not arrived despite telling the reception several times last night to make all arrangements for our departure. Instead they just pulled out a bill of extra ₹1400 room charge, which was already paid in full through our travel agency who told us not to pay anything at reception. However they forced us to pay and we out of our noble nature reluctantly paid despite paying everything in advance as we were getting late for our train and also didn't want any more hassle. And we had also paid for the departure ride through the travel agency and got totally scammed as that car never came and we had to book a small tracker van for ourselves. Swearing to never visit this place again and never engaging with scam travel agencies and hotels like these. They bring a bad reputation to tourist places. With their greed they shall fall. They make a mockery of "Atithi Devo Bhavaa"

The room service was the worst ever I had in india. One old towel for two people. Asked for the missing towels - ofered humid ones, needed to ask 4 times for towells until they gave the right ones... Sockets with no power, tv chanels disconectet, Wifi with no internet access, after complaing a lot they - changed room for one with better conditions and with a terrace - but still with mani thing malfunctioning, like: terrace door, speed of fan, internet, etc. Although located near central train station and bus station in a fairly nice building, keep yourself away from this place

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The hotel 🛍️ s just at the Siliguri railway station. The rooms were found clean with basic amenities. Staff were supporting and the complementary breakfast was also served well. We found it as a value stay for the price.

Good hotel in excellent location. Room, amenities are perfect. Behaviour of staff was good too. Perhaps they improve their food quality which was average

Rooms were good and cleanliness was there as per the images shown. Staff behavior was good and they were helpful. Food was also satisfactory in case if you don't want to go outside. The best thing is the location of the Hotel surrounded by Railway Station and Bus station (West Bengal and Sikkim).

The room was clean but it smelled of cigarettes which was very irritating. The service was poor as soap, towels and drinking water were not readily available. Also we had to ask again and again for hot water in the morning which was not available in the bathroom taps. We even had to pay extra for drinking water despite paying about ₹3000 for 1 night's stay. The restaurant and bar were the same which we did not like.There should be a separate restaurant and bar in a hotel for family stay. Overall, I think this hotel deserves only 1 star out of 5.

Amazing hotel with a fab location. A must stay if u r visiting Siliguri. It's just next to the station and every location is feasible from here. The staffs are cooperative and their service worth the money.

Very nice hotel at outside Siliguri Jn Railway station..well decorated room, very clean,bathroom was also good..hotel have big reception, hassle free check in..lift facility available..hotel also have restaurant where guest can use for Breakfast, lunch & Dinner.. Very satisfied...recommended all to stay this hotel at Siliguri Jn.. Thank you..

Very horrible experience. The worst hotel I have ever seen my entire life. There are insects in the food. Bed sheet, pillow cover, cousins are not whases. Very worst hotel. My point are 0 out of 10

The Hotel and the train station has common entrance. Passing trains would not let one sleep. The hotel entrance is blocked with loading/ unloading vehicles of the train luggage room There is no hot water provision in the bathroom. To get Hot water, one has to call reception. Then they start boiler. After 30 minutes you get hot water

Hotel staff is very non cooperative, if you go out they switch of your AC from main board. Also at the time of booking i was assured for discount but once i reached there, they were like we cannot give you discount. Also they charge service tax on a estimate bill not even a actual invoice which was really shocking staff is non coperative 3k for a room which dosent’ let you have a single water bottles you get RO water or buy one. Bathroom not good. Also inside room there is no wifi reach. Conclusion if you need to waste your day in siliguri then book this hotel

Although the rooms were clean, but for hot water there is no attached geyser and they turn off hot water supply from time to time. Breakfast was included in our plan but they did not provide any complimentary breakfast and on enquiring they said its not included in our plan. Situated just beside Siliguri junction and so the entrance road is bit clumsy and chaotic.

i have stayed twice in this hotel and the experience was horrible nightmarish. in the first instance the ac was not found to be working and in the second the ac remote was missing altogether! and so it was horribly hot inside with no window. yes things could have been made better on dialling the servants and precisely they wanted that. i.e. they wanted to enter my room which i dont like. if you are taking 2000 rupees for a night then you should be ready with your room. offcourse there was a tv asking for recharge!! shame on you. i spit on you. just avoid if you are not willing to ruin your stay in siliguri. there are many in the vicinity. thanks.

If you are staying here, be ready to be awakened by blaring horns from the passing train in the middle of the night. Slippers provided in the rooms are small and it would not fit for average adults. Brushing kit also not provided.

We were upgraded free of cost. Great service and good and hygienic food.

We stayed at Hotel Suktara for 1 night transit.. Excellent rooms and excellent staff specially Mr. Alam Location is a putoff with station and bus stand nearby

Absolutely located inside the Siliguri Junction. The hotel was also very much close to the Tenzing Norway Bus terminus. All the buses release from here.

This hotel is just infront in siliguri junction and there is free wi fi hotel staff behaviour is good and hotel rent is near 2500 _ 3000 there is elevator system

It is located just besides siliguri junction Railway station. Stated there for 6 days.... Food is good but room service is not up to the marks. Overall nice experience .

Price too much......wastage of money....rude behaviour of staff as like they're providing High class facilities....no drinking water provided...no breakfast....... wastage of money....at this price you can stay in five star hotel ☹️
