One of the wrost service ever. i stay with my friend, in night the staff are disturbing they knocked the door many time,they trying to open the door, my friend was very fear about this behaviour of staff... (As a traveler we want good service , we pay the money, we are not stay free of cost 💸) My suggestion don't book this hotel as a couple..

Location is good but the prices as per the rooms are very costly. I recommend people to visit then book. Don't book online different from pictures given in online

Great place for a short stay. Couple friendly. Great services as well as good rooms. Extremely neat and clean rooms. Liked the place very much. Looking forward to stay again in future 😊

Not up to the mark as per price. Room was small and and damp wall.. they don't provide food as well. It's okay for emergency and or just a night stay otherwise not good

It was quite a good stay, but they need more improvement. I think it would be better if they give more attention on cleanliness. The bedcover and pillow was not so clean. And in the room I stayed the attached bathroom window was broken and It was awkward to see the broken window in the Washroom.

Situated at prime location on mail road in pradhan nagar, adjacent to hotel there are two restaurants which is open till midnight but hotel will closes at 11:00 pm so this is disadvantage for night travellers.

Had to change/upgrade the room by paying extra. Room given previously was roadside and too much of noisy.

Hotel owner need to hire more staff. One man cannot handle the whole hotel and their is no lift tho. Bad bad bad!!!

Actually they are very good the stuffs are so vo operative and helpful and friendly y can stay here without any problem.y will like it and there will be no problem non ac room there y will get within 1000 rs for 1 day for 2 persons.have a nice experience

The Worst possible place you can think off. Stinking room and washroom. The checkin experience was horrible. Hotel was full of darkness and they made us to wait for 30 minutes outside the hotel on the road in so much cold. They were not picking up the phone made landline busy so that there staff can sleep peacefully while we waited. Fortunately one nearby shopkeeper helped he called the owner and finally the gate of hotel was opened for us. Bedsheet was soiled and used one having hairs and stains.

One of old and best hotel in siliguri in medium budget. Located in the heart of Siliguri junction area.

Rooms are okay, but no lift, also geseyr was not working.

Room condition are very bad, I think it's room photo are very old. Not recommended.

The rooms were beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with a touch of rustic charm. I felt right at home.

Location is very good..but rooms are small and smelly blankets provided to us..it's not at all recommended...

Food taste need to be improved and food price is high then resturants
