The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The restaurant had excellent buffet breakfast and the à la carte was also delicious. It is located centrally in Siliguri. The staff was friendly. It had an in property car parking. Overall an excellent hotel, with great rooms and food, at a reasonable price.

We had an amazing experience at The Loft hotel. The staff was courteous and prompt whenever there was a requirement. We booked through Agoda and our rooms got upgraded. The rooms were huge and neat and tidy in every aspect. Dinner and breakfast were great as well and not too costly. We had an extra bedding and that was setup in a decent way too.

A simple yet a fantastic hotel. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Don't expect anything fancy but whatever they do they put their heart and soul into it.. food here is amazing.. whatever we had was very tasty.. their local dish katla was yum.. so go for it if you are here.. you will not regret it..

Service is that they discriminate with people on the ground of location, religion and deny their service at end point. Kindly avoid such people in your staff. Spreading a really bad image and attitude of staff. Please try to keep a bit of professional people. Not recommended to couples and families.

Good place to be in a quieter location of Siliguri. Homely ambience with spacious rooms. Only negative aspect is the hotel policy of not allowing outdoor food to be ordered. Restaurant menu has limited items and hence in-house food cannot be imposed on guests with special dietary requirements. Hotel management should reconsider this aspect.

Well located hotel with access to hill cart road. Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is also excellent along with various food options from the inhouse restaurant. An icici bank atm and dominos pizza is also situated in the ground floor.

Whenever I am in silliguri. Loft is on my priority they have quite big and spacious room. Best Part about loft is there friendly staff and there food. Cheff and whole team knows how to satisfy the customers.

What a fantastic experience we had during our stay at the Loft. Everything is just great! Good food and great service. I was there with my family and the staff were really courteous from the kitchen staff, to the housekeeping to the front desk staff, everyone was so pleasant and hospitable. Thanks! I have been a regular customer for the past 4 years.I stay very often likewise 2 3 nights each month. At the beginning everything was perfect but lately the services has deteriorated and considering myself a regular stayer I Atleast deserve a bettter response and a hospitality but sorry and sad to say it has really decreased. I travel with a baby and before the stay I always confirm whether they will serve the baby food and over the call it’s always positive but the time we demand for it it’s the other way round.The tone is rude from the restaurant as if we are asking it for free. Time to change the property for ourselves. Reception staffs are good.

I stayed this place twice as a solo women and i will recommend this property as 100% safe for any solo women travelers. This hotel is 1.2Km away from Siliguri junction. Its situated in a very silent place. Rooms are big and spacious. Staff Beauvoir is too good. I have seen many women employees here. Food is also exceptionally good. I will recommend this place 100% to any travelers.

It was a great experience staying there. Could say Women empowered hotel. In room service, reception, assistance etc.. Everywhere we could see women employees.

The hotel is beautiful, well designed and properly maintained - absolutely loved it. However I have mixed feelings as due to high noise from the street we could not sleep whole night. First the hotel is on the main road so you will get traffic sound, then in the evening we had plenty of wedding processions go by and although the windows were closed, it sounded like we were right there on the street. Later on, the neighborhood stray dogs started barking and howling till the morning. I understand that the hotel has no control over what is happening outside it's property, but they can ensure to have adequate sound insulation in the rooms to battle with the noise. Overall I would only recommend this place to you if you don't care about the noise and it does not bother you. P.S. Check the videos, they were filmed with the windows fully closed, still the noise level is very high!

A 3 star property with 5 star services including the quality of rooms, the staff and the food very good experience and the staff are extremely accomodative and helpful they make you feel at home and the cleanliness is top class as well. I have only good words for the small but cozy hotel everybody from the reception staff, room service , restaurant and helpers and cleaners are awesome. Their rating is going to be high because of their high level of professionalism

Amazing experience it was to stay at the Loft, this place has a dedicated gated parking, 24/7 security guard. The food was fantastic including deserts. Special mention is the housekeeping staff who is keeping the hotel rooms and surrounding super clean. All in all we had a comfortable stay at the property, barring an instance when the hotel staff called up late at night and asked to inspect the room to check if the visitor who was visiting had left or not instead of prior checking the security cameras or first checking the gate security.

The visit at loft hotel was awesome. I fell very amazing. The rooms are good hygienic and th service are very good 👍. The location is near to Bandhan Bank.

Great location with neat and tidy rooms. Breakfast could be better. Wifi was awful, not sure why it keeps disconnecting. Also the pricing should be more transparent and we found out there are additional GST charges on the final bill which caught me off guard. Nonetheless, customer service was great!!! Highly recommended.

The room I was staying in on the third floor 308 was poor. The windows opened into an apartment complex. So I had no privacy at all and had to keep my curtains closed all the time. I suggest dark windows instead of plain ones. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The amenities like dental kit though available were not in the room and I had to call reception all the time. The staff were prompt and courteous. Overall the room was not worth the price I paid. It’s not a luxury hotel. The hotel should lower its price from the 3k I paid per night for a relatively alright room. I have stayed at the hotel previously as well in suite rooms which are alright.
