Nice and sweet hotel. Rooms are good but need to pay more attention towards cleaning. But nice. Food is good. Services are also good. Good behaviour of staffs. One of the very decent hotel in Siliguri. Overall good. Nice and enjoying trip that was when we visit here. Feels good after visiting here.

The mount view hotel situated outside Siliguri station is a good options to stay. Rooms were nice and required amenities were there. Their staff were cooperative. I forgot my ID card with reception but they send the card from courier.

I have read some views and based on the positive ones i booked this hotel for an overnight stay. The size of the room i got is small but it should not be an issue. The bathroom and the room were clean. The ONLY problem I faced here was the water. The WATER is yellow. We did not complain regarding this because we were already too tired and just had to spend a night there. It took me 30 mins to check into the hotel. The staff here is very courteous and polite.

Stayed for 1 night with my family. Neat & Clean. Safe and secure for family. The location of the hotel is just opposite SNT bus stand. It is a PURE VEG hotel. They have a pure veg restaurant too. The service is good. There are many other hotels nearby but we chose this because of the good ambience and clean room with AC. Added advantage, you can get bus and reserve vehicles easily for anywhere in bengal and sikkim. They allow outside food from zomato or swiggy, but don't provide plates. A popular restaurant KHANA KHAZANA is just next to it where you can have variety of Veg and non-veg foods. They have LIFT, which is a huge plus if you are travelling with senior citizens.

On 24 of October 2023 we booked for a room in hotel mount view Siliguri . The room and bathroom was nightmare . Very damp smell all over the room and bathroom, it was horrible , bathroom fan wasn't working . The walls were dirty and the ceiling was peeling off , all over it felt dirty . Room service was also very poor. And the most horrendous feeling i had from this hotel is i mistakenly leaft one of my beautiful dress and expensive brooch in the hotel. We repeatedly tried to connect with the hotel manager but neither they received our call nor they called back . I never expected this kind of behaviour from the hotel manager and entire staff . How poor there service is , if someone mistakenly leave some thing in their hotel they never inform.

We stayed for just a night here. Took no room service, the room was okayish, smelled little damp, but washroom and beds were clean. Okay if you want to be near Bus stand. Paid 1800 for couple double bed room. AC was working okayish (at just 40% capacity) but room was small so kept it cool.

Our scenario - we wanted to stay in a decent hotel just for one day as we needed to depart for Sikkim the next day. Here is my observation - Pros - 1) room was decent, not spacious but it was decent. 2) Hotel is near the main road. So you get all sorts of connectivity nearby and also u get a lot of restaurants around. 3) One of the receptionists was polite enough to make you feel good 4) Value for money 5) They let us park our vehicle inside their hotel premise which was something that made our night comfortable. Cons - 1) The location or surrounding people and environment were not what we were expecting. The drunk person was asking for food just after getting out of the hotel and even small children were asking for money and surrounded. I understand this is not in control of the hotel but still, this was something that made us uncomfortable. 2) Overall behavior of the staff could have been even more professional. They were not rude and all sounded polite. But there was professionalism missing. E.g I asked one of the staff for a good place to park my vehicle, as the location was not good and I asked a few more questions. After answering one question, the staff's voice tone changed a bit and he started asking me to counter questions. Though he helped me park my vehicle but still, I felt a bit uncomfortable. Nothing big but something I noticed. Overall stay was good. Few things could have been better.

It's a very old hotel with a good location. Dirty towels were given even after requesting they didn't change. Reception is not 24/7 hours service. It has a veg restaurant. Staff behaviour is rude. Without asking they have kept packed water later they have charged for it.

Hotel Mount View Siliguri is worse for service, worse for providing bathroom item, Tea pot in room but No Tea, No Milk, No Sugar, Towels are used towels, Bed Sheets are old one, Mattresses are also loosing, Fan Reguators are not working, Stall is not co-operative, no help from Reception. As wel as I think couple guests rest for two to three hours and after that vacate the rooms. We feels too bad as we have booked the Hotel for twenty four hours with my family. Police must interfere n check the actual Status/Situation. Even our luggage was not handover to the Taxi Driver as we are moving for an Air Port on dt.9.9.2022

Hotel Mount view was very very bad experience in my 30 years touring life. ,Staff including Manager are very jhagdalu ,badatameej and class less who missbehaved with ladies also . We were missing our flight but no-one staff came to collect our luggage Horrable atmosphere where you can waste not only your money but mental piece also. After so many reminders they didn't any cooperation and said you go yourself they behaved us very badly we never forget this all nearby people came to hotel by hearing their quarrel behaviour with us They were ready to beat us .if we were not in hurry definately we will call to police for their behaviour .pls don't go in this hotel Mount view But they didn't cooperate No staff .But they are attending new customers and not attend those who had paid their money .No service , Bad smell , No staff for any help . Bathroom have no shampoo and necessities. No tea bag etc for tea . After taking money No staff on Reception for any query or help. Do not stay there .one day Stay was Rediculous. This hotel is not for family.

Ant in beds ,dirty bed sheet, unhygienic, Only one thing I like is the fan in bathroom but bathroom is dirty ,I m shocked to see that the owner belong s to ,mundhra's as I know marwari ' s are so clean 😁but there is so many good option nearby dnt bother to go this hotel.

As per the tariff, it's good value for money ,good location....I just stayed for the night with family.mmnot even stayed 12 hours....

Very very bad experience, If you are booking a room here, this will be the worst hotel you will ever stay in… No wifi, doors are broken.. you will not feel safe.. Breakfast is not at all good.. Hotel staffs are not helpful.

Average room... Dirty room at every corner and wall.. Bathroom dirty.. Bed and bedding uncleaned.. Towels too too old and smelling... Water not filtered.. Bathroom mat too too too dirty and smelling... No tea bags provided... Room service horrible...

The rooms are good and the amenities provided are also good in a price of 2k but need to improve the food quality of the room service food they are expensive according to taste and quantity. All the staffs are well behaved and helpful. We have stayed twice in the hotel as I have parked my car with there help only while going to Gangtok.
