I hope this review might help someone someday. This hotel, as a company is a very branded one, a good service & hospitality exhibiting hotel as i know of , but the man on the reception doesnt have any decency in giving/helping the customer. There was two men on the reception, the taller one was the one who showed very bad attitude to us. I dont remember his name . Honestly, me and my friend looked a little tiresome (not very well dressed) as we had a hectic travel journey, but that doesn't mean he could speak rudely. Our rooms were not ready even after check in time and made us sit in that lounge for quite a while. Rooms were not that clean as they cleaned hastily. So overall im not satisfied with their management. The management team should look into this seriously as treating people equally should be their priority as everyone is paying equally. I dont know if they do this with other people or not but with me it happened unfortunately. I will never go to that hotel nor will i recommend to anyone.

We had a fabulous stay in Hotel Central Courtyard, Sevoke Road, Siliguri. It is a small boutique hotel and is centrally located. Since, we stayed with the family so right from the moment we arrived we were made feel so welcome by every staff member and the service from everyone was superb. We stayed in this hotel recently for 3 days as we were looking for a convenient hotel closeby the Clinic in Sevoke Road. We couldn't have asked for a better place than OYO Central Courtyard. Rooms are beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and perfectly appointed. At first, we were unsure about how this place was. Right from the time how we were treated by the front office staff to the quality of rooms and food, it was truly worth it. Please maintain the standard of the hotel and I would surely recommend this to all my friends and family and would like to come back again next time. Breakfast was extremely satisfactory and food was so fresh and tasty. A gem of a hotel in a mediocre world. Thank you so much for everything, we will be recommending you to others!

Excellent location, delicious food, most courteous staff. King size room, one will not find any where except for suit room. Price is very reasonable.

Scam hotel. Booked the hotel online, they denied us entry because of local IDs then denied to give us a refund. If they don't want to give the room that's fine but they didn't agree to give the refund as well. The front desk manager was saying it was our fault for booking the room before asking them and he can't give a refund.

Towels not clean. Hole in the middle. AC not effective. Breakfast okay but service very poor. Took half an hour to get a simple plain dark tea.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city. We stayed there for one night in a boutique room. The room was spacious with a sitting area and clean. However, the problem was that although the room was on the fourth floor, there were mosquitoes and there was no mosquito repellent in the room. The restaurant provides good food. Although in the menu only veg items are there, if you want to consume non veg items, you will get, but for that you have to place special orders.

Room was clean but bed wasn't comfortable...service is ok...location is not that good

This is the best hotel in the town. Very nice behaviour, clean rooms and awesome food quality. Best for family.

The hotel is on the main road only and reachable with ease. The room service is excellent and every one at the reception is cordial and courteous. The restaurant is also upto the mark and rates are reasonable. I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great hospitality.They have an amazing staff very polite . Food is good you dont have to go anywhere outside the hotel premises.They take care of everything.

Tasty and variety of food,😊 some communication issues like free breakfast in the package and hot water in the morning was sorted out by manager, later.

Its a bit costly. But the service is good and clean room. They will always clean your room while you leave it messed up. Location is also good. Its just inside so you cant see the name of hotel. Also they need to light up there name for better view.

This hotel is good for official trip, not too great for holidays, no extra amenities, otherwise room is clean and staff behaviour is excellent

Located at Sevoke Road and near to market area. Room was neatly cleaned and spacious. Washroom was also very clean. Service from all the staff was fantastic. Food quality was also good. But only Veg Items are available in house. Overall the experience was too good. Will recommend my family and friends.

All other things except restaurant facility are good. Restaurant is unprofessionally managed. For example water is available on demand only. An order once placed was changed 3 times after a gap of 3 to 5 minits. Secondly, the starters ordered were served at the end of dinner. This is unacceptable in a oyo hotel. The boys are very humble but need proper trainning.

Rooms are good and special thanks for their hospitality and support.

I suggest everyone should stay in this hotel at Siliguri...Good location. Staff behavior was very good and friendly... Amazing food quality and delicious.. Everything was very good... I give rating 5 🌟 and above.. Thank you..

Good one for staying over near Bagdogra International airport ~30-40. Decent hotel rooms with good services.

The rooms were good. But the manager has to learn how to speak and deal with there guest, whatever the issue may be. The thing that matters to a guest ,would be the way of delivering the issue.

Stayed with my family for a night and had a horrible experience of my life. We were charged unreasonable rates but most of all the cleanliness were terrible. The linens looked like not changed for a week or so because the portion of linen that covers ur neck or head looked really dirty. I had to literally ask for few clean linens to cover from inside. Also the toilets needed good clean and some portions of walls were worn. We were charged Rs 3000 per room but it wasn't worth the money. Lucky we managed to find a better hotel at half the price next day.

The resort is cozy and peaceful. It in between cosmos mall and Hong Kong market of siliguri. Located just next to Soveke road side. Every things is excellent but shower and toilet is bit small. Even the parking is small and have to reverse back toward busy Soveke road if you entered the resort premises. Excellent food, frankly staff and budget frankly.

Standard Hotel in Siliguri on Sevoke Road. rooms are standard.clean. well furnished. Food is standard. But only vegetarian foods available here.

The staffs are very courteous, well trained. Rooms are small but very clean. The only issue with this hotel is that they dont serve non vegetarian food.
