While the place was sweet and decent . I was assuming the service would too be the same . To my astronishment they delayed our breakfast . Had some confusion with what time the swimming pool has to be closed and also clumsy servicing was seen by me. While the bathrooms rooms and all the staff with luggage help were awesome and helped a lot they little did co-operate and helped us in many ways . At last the place is worth living but with a few modifications such as good catering system at restuarant of theirs and staff servicing

It's getting renovated. A nw look to the rooms has been given. A new restaurant too has been added. The food quality is worth mentioning here. The drive in has been beautifully done up with ample parking place. The swimming pool too has been beautifully done up. There has been a remarkable & noticeable overall improvement to things. Anyday ; it has now become worth a place to enjoy one's stay in lush green natural environment at Siliguri.

A very old resort in Siliguri, 10 to 12 cottage rooms, a small swimming pool and tini tiny restaurant offering multicuisin food. They also offer place for a small gathering and their banquet hall can accommodate 50+ people.

Still has got it's charm as I have been visiting since my teen days!!! Again visited on 10th July with my daughter for a swim in the evening but the water in the pool was so dirty that you can't even see through properly underwater!!! Seems like since weekned water has not been treated properly!!! So it's my humble request to the management to install a proper swimming pool water filtration plant to avoid any contamination in the pool, which is a serious hygine issue for the general public!!! Just a chlorine treatment of water is not sufficient to clean a pool!!! I hope Viramma Resort management will take immediate action in this matter!!! As per the charges a proper service should be provided! Thankyou

Here I am after long time ,I want to tell u about this resort i went there for swimming but in swimming pool they added to much of chlorine,even i told to the staff about this but they didn't do anything about this ,if any one is going for swimming please don't bring kids along with u because there is too much chlorine in water and it is harmful for our eyes, the restaurant food and the service staff specially mr Sai his service was great and i would love to come again with my family to have delecious food and at last thank u again Mr Sai for great hospitality

The resort is located quite in a peaceful area which has transportation connectivity to Sikkim, Darjeeling, Siliguri as well as Bagdogra Airport and NJP Railway Station . The place is beautiful and surrounded by greenery. They have lots of facilities, including a restaurant and Bar, swimming pool, cabana and a big lawn for wedding events. You will feel pretty relaxed from the city noise as the place gives a relaxed feel of being within nature. I highly recommend at least visiting and experiencing the stay at Viramma Resort

We went there to use the swimming pool. Nice crowd and ambience. Clean water with a shed so that sun heat can be escaped. Must visit the pool to chill in this scorching heat .

This property has come far. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and respectful, pool is clean, food is delicious, surrounded by greensry giving guests opportunity to get fresh air. It is an old property and needs renovation, but is like an oasis amongst other resorts located here. 5 stars!

Room was in pretty bad shape. Huge gap below the main door. No latch in the main door for locking the room from inside. Bathroom door flimsy and was about to fall. Dirty and torn towel, no activated TV, no intercom, not even drinking water. Had informed hotel reception about the same, but seems all the staffs were new and were multitasking. Staffs were cooperative though. I can understand, hotel is opening after lockdown, but basic service should not be compromised. Total disappointment.

Pathetic service,lack of communication,expensive and according to the price, room wasn't upto the mark... And the receptionist(lady) should learn how to communicate with the guests ... Bad experience.

It's a good & Best Resort for Family & Friends I visit, Last 2days Ago.all the staff are very friendly they gives us Good Hospitality,they treat us as their own Brother's but one old lady treat us like a Enemy , we feels very bad because of an old lady, she does not even talk as a good Manner with the costumers in this resort, because of this old lady, the customers do not want to go to the resort next time,,

It's a good property,all the staff are very friendly they treat customer as their own family but one old lady don't know how to treat with customers I asked for sugar pouch cuz I was taking coffee from that coffee machine 1st they gave us 1sugar pouch only and when we asked for 1 more she replied take the sugar from where u bought coffee. She treat us like outsiders and enemy.i was the regular guest of pool but now onwards I will not go to that pool all staff is so friendly but the owner must look of that lady.

Our stay was very good. We had 3 rooms booked. Very comfortable. Staff was very courteous n polite. Had all our meals there. Very good food. Family friendly place.

Mediocre experience, too many pool regulations, (no cotton shirts and shorts in the pool area for guys but somehow fine with girls) changing rooms inadequate and filthy . Pool regulations catered more towards families. Restaurant (August 19) overpriced and service woefully slow. Verdict - Skip the restaurant, pool advisable only for families with rooms booked in the property.
