Really one of the eorst hotel experiences of my life. The reception is bad, the rooms are uncleaned, unhygienic and messy, the beds are full of bugs and the not at all like how its shown in the pics.

Horrible experience on booking online. The booking terms were on lines of payment at the hotel itself after checking in but room was confirmed already. We reached and found out that our room was given to someone else, allegedly as we didn't pay 50% of the cost earlier but on Agoda and many such sites there were no options of prepaid. So, we had pay 202 more than out preferred room cost to get a room, that looked shabby, with broken mirrors, stained bedsheets and sick ceiling fan counting its last days. P.S. never ever book their rooms without prepaid. Otherwise they will fool you into paying more on rubbish rooms

A cozy hotel located near Tenzing Norgay Busstand in Siliguri. The location is a little inside of the main road, making it a peaceful stay. The staffs are friendly and cooperative. They have their own restaurant, food is available there. Washroom and rooms are clean.

Vary bad service. Rude behavior. Don't give support properly. Make excuse a lot.

Impressive service.. it has no restaurant but they do provide alcohol in room with some extra charge. The best part is that they provide full night spa service in the room by female. Air conditioner needs to be change but location is perfect

Decent hotel. Location is is close to Pradhan Nagar siliguri Junction. Easy to commute from here. Tenzing Norgay bus terminas is very nearby. Decent food is available nearby.
