It's a great place for family. Amazing location neat and clean as well as. Rooms are beautiful. Nice view point. Plenty of place for parking. Swimming pool (Kids pool & mini pool )are great. You can chill with friends here too. Nice ambiance .Wooden cottage is add on . Lots of plant 🪴 give your eyes soothing experience. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Little overpriced for food menu and bar menu and also the pool is dirty as too much crowd is allowed in the pool. Rest Staying and all is awsome and gives the best rates for villa and cottages. Very clean and hygiene maintained rooms. Really love the concept of the inner villas and gardens.its totally a place for relaxing..

The resort was good but it's not the same as it was before.. Small pokey pool for hundreds of visitors.. They have no limit for visitors. If they get 10k visitors. They may allow that also. Secondly, the quality of food is gone down. My daughter had fish fingers. Her stomach was upset the next day onwards. There is no maintenance for washrooms or showers.. All stinking of urine. No proper showers They have a new dj corner but they play irritating beats. Songs for the Basti walas and the chokras. No proper rnb or trance.. They just hire some roadside dj and make them play. No life guard around. Adults dive and play in pools for kids also. Basically it's all a haphazard place for chilling out. If you are out of your mind, you can visit this place but if you want to have a peaceful and a nice time for the day, like swimming n all try another place. This place runs only to earn money, that's it. They don't care about anything else.. Not recommended PS: I can easily tell the difference today because I have been going to this place for years now. And now it's all gone to the dogs.

Second visit on May 2022. Though I booked a room way advanced but upon the arrival at the resort, I was told they were fully booked by a party and did not receive my booking. At the time of online booking I made a partial payment. I showed them my booking details in the email, they failed to find my booking in their system. So DON'T TRUST THEIR ONLINE BOOKING. After talking with the manager, they arranged me a room, upgraded to a suite. Dinner was okish (in comparison to what I am going to tell you during the breakfast) with only 2-3 items for dinner. Breakfast - a toast, water melon, banana, partha, curd & juice are the only items available for breakfast. An attendant told us, they had only one Chef in the kitchen and herself in the restaurant apologetically. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS RESORT. Go to Viramma Resort just a kilometer away (nearer to Darjeeling More). Their service might be far better than this one. =================== Beautiful resort, friendly staff and warm hospitality. Perfect for friends & family. My only disappointment was dark road leading to the resort. As soon as you leave the highway, you enter the narrow & deserted area without any street lights and lonely area of around 400m. Avoid this resort if you are late nighter.

The rooms are good and the rooms are maintened and everything is clean.There are not many options for break fast. The pool is good but it has to be cleaned a bit. Over all my stay was pretty good👍

Travelling on vacation with family,,the restaurant and living room were little far , the swimming pool was having regular club members crowding the Pool, the living cottage were designed nicely but little bit cramped,,food varieties were less and bit costlier, the staff was cooperative and nice. If you try the hotel directly then you may get a better deal on cheaper price than on online portals,,,

It was my wedding venue. Amazing customer service of each and every employee. Especially Subhashis Da who is the manager. He is excellent at his job. Kind , courteous and always eager to help with a smile. During both days he coordinated everything very well, we didnt have to worry at all. Food was great too. Ambiance and setup of the entire resort is beautiful. Selection of this venue for wedding was best decision.

The rooms here are the best. Not like conventional building types but they are like huts. Every room is on the ground floor with beautiful garden and footpaths. Very natural friendly. The pool is accessible all day and is reserved for hotel guests only, from 6PM to 8PM. Walking guests can also visit the pool till 6PM. Banquet hall is available too. Located outside the city in a quiet place surrounded by tea garden.

Very bad costumer service,everything is there but nothing is operational, No jack daniels in bar, No smoking in bar, No hookah/Aisha in bar, 0 hospitality, You have to become your own waiter, no waiters to service you, Bad mouth waiter, I had a fight with bartender, Worst stay ever , I recommend you never visit this place, you’ll feel dominated if you are a tourist, Only money minded hospitality, nothing is as it seems, Thank you never come back again. The location is very good, lay out of the rooms are beautiful , but service is very slow and repeated reminders were required after placing the food order. F&B manager along with house keeping is to be upgraded.

We had destination wedding for my sister’s wedding, booked in for 2 days. Wonderful experience. All guests had a fabulous time. All staff are really great, special thanks to Subhasis da, who managed the whole event without any rest. Venue is really good for any such event and stay ofcouse. Each corner of the resort has different feeling! Without any doubt they made our experience memorable. Food is also good. All preparations are nice. Loved it.

We stayed at Treebo Tryst Blue Mountain Country Club and Resort for a day for around Rs. 3400. The hotel was family friendly and the ambience in and outside the room was good. But looks like we got a room which was not properly maintained. So we had a mixed experience in our stay. 1. There was dusty smell in the room. 2. AC control was not working. If the AC is turned on, it would blow air with maximum cooling. We were switching on and off the AC in every half an hour and hence were not able to sleep properly at night. 3. There was no hot water in bathroom because of some geyser issue. When we complained this in the morning, hotel management resolved it. 4. Breakfast was buffet - not great nor bad. It was ok. 5. Dinner was affordable - not too costly

It's really a very beautiful place, nice people, nice ambiance. Cost of living is really matches for a medium cost trip. Foods are great. Rooms are very beautifully designed and decorated. Service is also very much pleasant.

A best place to hang out on the outskirts of silguri far from hustle bustle of town area, with a beautiful swimming pool mostly favourable during Summers with an amazing pool party and with pretty and cozy cottages and a bar named URI a good place to vibe in with your friends and family...

This is really a good resorts entire Siliguri you will get an Amazing view along with amazing rooms which you will loved it . Service is so good quality of food is just absolutely incredible! Writing this review after a wedding ceremony. The place is amazing. Its very beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly, polite & understanding . The way the Manager KIran Rai Managed in his department after such a busy day is very much appreciated. He was very polite & understanding. The rooms here is very clean, comfortable and cozy. The food was amazing. But as everything has its pros and cons , I want to talk about some of the cons CONS- The price of everything here seems to be expensive. The price of beer, breezer, croc racy charge was expensive. The stay at this hotel per night in a Cottage is 4k and in Duplex is 5500 which is expensive. The service when we order tea or coffee seems to be very lazy because when we order tea or coffee or anything it takes almost 30mins to get delivered. The drinking water which was kept is all the rooms in a bottle of mineral water seems to be tap water. I think the hotel needs to work on all these CONS

Amazing place for weekends.
