I would not recommend this hotel. Cleanness is dream here neither the bedding nor corridors. Interestingly the Manager will advice you that if you will give only 5star rating then only OYO will give cash back. You will gate only machine Tea/coffee

The manager refused to give me a room even after I showed him a confirmed online booking voucher. He would have given it to me if I would have paid him over the counter at a much higher rate. He harassed me and my family late at night after 12hrs of journey making stupid arguments. Really bad behavior at the reception counter. Rest everything was decent.

Good hotel within reasonable rate like upto Rs 1500/-. Food is good. Behaviour of staffs are need to improve. For couple, pls carry original ID cards for check-in. Otherwise, the staffs are so cheap that they started gurning you...

Its a budget hotel away from the main city centre. Rooms are not neat and clean. Airconditionars are old and always make noise instead of cooling. Staffs are rude and not interested in guasts kinda look. A fishy atmosphere prevail in the hotel. Nearest to the Salugara Monastry.

Want to give 0. They don't even deserve 1 star. Booked a room in this hotel via oyo. Bt when I and my family members entered in this hotel,they said they will not give me the room and only if I pay extra money they will give me a room. The manager's behavior was indecent. But thanks to oyo. They provided me another hotel without taking a single penny from me.

Stayed a year ago and after reading recent reviews its gotten worse.Good reviews are mostly fake ones.Reality is brutal.Pl avoid at all cost. The most joker of a reception guy asked a whole nights rent for 5 minutes overstay,even though the fault was entirely theirs,which was delay in billing.cant write more.just avoid it.

Worstest hotel I have ever stayed in.Rather stay in railway station platforms ,do not go for this hotel. I would like to give 0 star but google insists for atleast 1. Hotel at a glance: Staff: Unprofessional to a next level,specially both the receptionist (Male) one bengali speaking and one Nepali speaking are useless.They have no civic sense or the basic sense as how to deal and talk to a customer/human. The Stewarts with due respect are disgusting,they were chewing tobacco and pan and talking to my mother.They do not care if the bedsheets are dirty or stained. Basic hygiene: Zero hygiene.They should shut down the hotel and renovate the rooms.Bathroom/washroom looks like public toilets,very unhygienic and dirty with stains all over the wall,geyser does not work,the door of the bathroom is broken. When we entered the room for the first time,the room was stinking like pathetic odorous,the bed sheets were having yellow stains as if of daal or etc,patches in the blankets and pillow covers.When informed they were like least bothered and the steward made multiple faces as if we asked his wallet. I think companies like Oyo should not list list low grade hotels,which can’t meet the the basic hygiene standards and hotel standards,Oyo should remove this hotel at the earliest. I had made a mistake guys,PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

I wish if I could give a negetive star... the rreceptionist is verry verry worst. they told to give 5 star in oyo. but if you want to 5 star then you have to service upto the mark. they argument with us.. they told you are miss perfectionist why you won't choose other hotel.. verry bad behaviour. and verry bad hotel service. chi. don't trust oyo. because they force to give 5 star..

We stayed at this hotel on 07.02.2018 night, during our return to South Bengal from a leisure trip to Kaluk, Sikkim. This hotel is conveniently located right on the main road at the entrance of Siliguri when one is travelling from the hills, and has a spaceous car park and a good restaurant. Clean, spaceous rooms with appropriate amenities. Value for money. Excellent for those who visit the hills by car.
