The rent of this hotel is quite good. We have came here for the purpose of exam with our family so we had taken family room in which 3 beds were there, I thought that TV was dead,so I asked the hotel serviceer they told me that Yes it is not working . We have entered at this hotel before a day of exam. Now what about food? The food quality and quantity is quite good but prizes is so high as compared to the food . Good thing to come here is the view of mountains from the roof of the hotel is looking very gorgeous, we have taken many photos. And In the topmost of this hotel there is a auditorium in which we have take a short morning walk. In this hotel total number of rooms are 20 . If anyone planning to stay in this hotel at medium budget then you should absolutely come and enjoy the hotel. Happy journey for this hotel!!!

Loved it for the hospitality of the staffs here. Very courteous in their behaviour. We were coming late. We informed them over phone. They kept everything ready by the time we reached and served it in our room. Food was good. Clean linen and toiletries. Toilet kit and tooth kit provided. Covered car parking facility available. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Many mosquito in the room,stinky bedsheets, intercom is dead geyser is also not working, I ordered only veg. Items in food but they offered us chicken leg on our table. Hotel is in deep residential area far from main connecting road

Worst hotel, don't visit this hotel, poor management, rude staff, dirty rooms, no TV facilities and rates are like 1800 for AC room with no facilities. Food is unhygienic and too salty and oily.

Good location... The property is good, but very poorly maintained and service is the worst part. I stayed in Room 303 with my parents. Pros: 1. Overall room condition is good. 2. Beds are decent. 3. Food is pretty good. 4. Location is good. Near to main roads, yet not very noisy. There are small departmental stores and medical store nearby to provide for small necessities. Cons : 1. The bathroom didn't have any hanger. 2. The tap and shower dispenses only water from the geyser. The cold water outlet's flow is so low that it is completely insignificant. 3. The service person was completely untrained. He didn't knock while entering room, didn't understand half of the things we asked for. 4. We booked for an extra bed. The service person just dumped the mattress, pillow and bedsheet in the room, didn't help in any ways to prepare the bed. Overall, if you want to stay at Siliguri for 1-2 nights on a low budget, you may choose this. But if you can spend slightly higher, I'll recommend to go for other options. I would have if I knew beforehand.
