We were two motorcycle riders coming from Kolkata and going towards Gangtok. We had a hault for the night at Siliguri, we had reserved a hotel at Vega Circle but, there were issues with their service and parking hence, we started looking something nearby, found this property on 2nd Mile Checkpost on Sevoke Road. Aptly located with just seconds from main road, has parking, elevator, clean, courteous staff, receptionist at night had some issues but, nothing which cannot be overcome. The security at night and the Bell boys need special mention for their assistance with our luggage. Food was amazing, good portion, good taste and reasonable. Rooms were reasonable when booked online. It is a decent option if you are on a transit route.

Very nice hotel hotel, staff is wonderful and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean.

After paying through scan pay they claim that they have not received the fund so I paid the amount by cash .After verifying my bank I came to know that the payment was successful and after almost 4 days they didn't refund the amount

Staying here... Service is soooo poor... They dont allow food from outside... And dont deliver the order given to them after almost 1.5 hours.... Literally rude staff especially Sailesh, Arpan and Sagar ... Had the audacity to ignore in front of guests... It was not only us... They refused to deliver everybody else... Literally the guy said "nahi denge sir" inspite of "hamare paas nahi hai" really ridiculed by the behaviour

Stayed at this hotel for one night was excellent. Hotel management was very co-operative, delicious food, awesome breakfast. Mr. Bishwajeet and Sudhir they were great staff. Awesome experience. Wonderful stay at this hotel. Recommended to enjoy the stay in the said hotel

Stopped in this hotel on the way to Gangtok. Good and spacious rooms. Quiet and relatively peaceful, considering that it is quite close to the road. Sufficient parking space for two wheelers and cars. Food was good, but not too exceptional. There is a fruit market few minutes away, that was good. Checkin and check out process was swift and painless. Would recommend for a night stop on your way.

Rooms are fine, area is at a very convenient location for business but not for family .. bathroom did not have a shower glass so no separate wet dry area

The location of the hotel is not good as it's not on the main road or good quality road. Service and staff behaviour is excellent. Room size and quality is not up to the mark compared to the tariff. There are many hotels on the Sevok road where tariffs are less and the quality of the room is better. Breakfast starting time can be started at 7:30 am, it will be a great help for morning flight passengers. I have requested for an early breakfast but they clearly said it's not possible (even a sandwich).

Good Hotel for stay. Staff behavior also good and helpful, the Food survived by the restaurant Urban Spice was great 👍 👌...

Hotel is bit overpriced, you will get better option in 4000+tax. so many street dogs were moving and it will really scared you when you are coming at night.

Rooms are clean and good. However food is very bad. I got a mosquito in my omelette. Not recommended overall

This is not suitable for any kind of corporate conference. Don't have any Hospitality sense at all. We had a bad experienced in all respect.

Everything is fine. But the rent is Little higher according to location..
