Hopeless hotel!! Harasses customer every time a new customer enters! Never enter this hotel if you want peaceful sleep and rest they will EAT you alive!! No toiletries, no towel when asked they gave unwashed towel with staines!! no slipper and Their parking space is same as zero parking no space for more than 2 car and trust me every time new customer arrives you will need to take out your car ...they even harms customers vehicles ..they will puncture your car,scratch your car and what not!! zero hospitality zero food zero all zero!! Worthless hotel! Never enter this hotel! Worst hotel in siliguri! This people are Demeaning All Wonderful Bengali people!!

Conveniently located at Mallaguri area at a walking distance from Darjeeling More, Siliguri, we availed this hotel as this is also at a walking distance from one of the Wizzride (AC Innova app cab share service for Bagdogra, Darjeeling and Gangtok) pickup points on our way to Gangtok. The hotel has a very co-operative service desk, clean and comfortable rooms and excellent room service. Only the food of the hotel found to be overpriced and not at par with the quality.
