Please don't bother to book this hotel..until unless it's the last option in the whole city not recommended at all..it's highly not recommended..The reasons are 1. Though I had booked room prior to come to this hotel via online website, they asked me to cancel the booking. 2. They told the online room which was described and listed is not available anymore, but still the hotel had rooms listed in the online website. 3. They asked for the full payment during check in and they insisted on it. 4. No card swapping machine available..only cash or UPI. 5. The rooms were very dirty and unclean and too small..like way tooo small compared to the pictures posted or normal standard. 6. The bedsheet, pillow covers were full of dust, hair, felt so disgusting and was completely unusable. 7. No sanitization or covid protocol observed. Each and every employee including manager is not wearing mask. 8. No sanitizer provided and no security measures has been taken. 9. The Geyser does not work, the exhaust does not work, the ac does not work. The list goes on and on and this is the worst experience of my life ever with any hotel. I would have given a negative star rating if the option was available. Don't book any room ever.. I repeat do not repeat my mistake.

One of the worst experiences ever. They interrogated us as if we were criminals. They don't know how to talk to people. One of the worst hotels in Siliguri. They also cancel Booking.com bookings. They get clients from Booking.com but they don't want to share commission with Booking.com. :(

Low grade OYO rooms. Bedsheets are soiled. Blankets are stinking. Toilet seat 🚽 is broken and shaking. Forget about cleaning Washroom, they seem to have left out items of previous guests also -unchecked. Rooms are dirty with lot of mosquitoes. Food served by them was of low quality and quantity. Forgot to mention that they ask to cancel the booking from the website you book and pay to them directly. They are not worth the rating and money they quote in that hotel booking websites. All manipulated...

Pathetic experience ever in my life.. I REQUEST EVERYONE TO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER. Hotel Owner & Staff are very ill mannered. I booked breakfast with the room, they straight hand denied that they won’t give breakfast, even after booking. If I talk about HYGIENE than I should directly give NEGATIVE Rating.. I can’t give 0 rating else I would have. Mosquitoes are there in the room and very bad odour with negative vibes, feels like a 3rd grade hotel. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL 🤯

Reasonable rates, staff helpful and friendly. Running hot water. Only downside is, bathroom needs some plumbing. Bed linen sheets, quilts need to be replaced.

Bery bad experience. Geyser wasn't working, they didn't provide us any blanket during this cold weather... They don't accept booking from online, because of this I had to face problem. They should clearly mention that they accept online booking.

If you looking for a budget hotel in shiliguri, this would be the best choice. Its just a value for the money.

Room is very cozy. Well furnished with a very useful mirror attached wardrobe. Room service is excellent. Location of the hotel is unquestionable. At one side peaceful surrounding and on the other hand many food joints are just a few yards away. You can casually walk down to Bidhan Market from the hotel or take a rickshaw to panitanki more to board a bus for the hills.

The service is very poor. The staff is neither helpful nor cooperative. They were on the verge of denying us entry because we checked in 4 hours late than the usual midday time. Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend anybody to book this place.

The experience was really really bad. The worst rooms and structure. Paid 1550 rupees for AC room but the AC doesn't work, also the staff behaviour is tremendously rough. Don't recommend going here.
