The restaurant of this hotel is well decorated. Behavior of table staff is very good. Located beside the main road. Quality of food should be a little better.

Excellent hospitality. Location is Vey good near to the market. Good support from staff, Excellent room service, housekeeping and other services. Room was well-maintained. The food was also good. I would obviously suggest everyone to plan their stay there in Hotel Vinayak.

It was a good experience, as yesterday we had done a cultural and official program in the conference hall of hotel Vinayak and restaurant palm. The food was very nice and tasty, especially the mutton, which was awesome. The staff were well behaved and helpful. The good part is that the venue is in Hillcart Road just beside Siliguri, so it was pretty convenient for all the members of Siliguri. Recommended for small programs

A perfect stay for travelers on the move. The rooms are clean and ample for a good nights sleep. While the hotel is on a main road there is no noise pollution. Rooms are air-conditioned, which is an important factor when visiting the area in summer. The hotel is ideally situated in SILIGUR, which is a lovely town and a great stop while touring the Dordogne area. This is not the first time we have stayed at Hotel Vinayak it will not be the last. great value for money.

Good hotel at heart of the city about half a kilometer from hong Kong market and 3 km from isckon temple and about 15km from bagdogra airport. Clean bathrooms with hot water and quick room service.

If you want to waste your money please enter this hotel freely, the worst part of this hotel is its service, You have to call them 20 times to get a bottle of water, no towels in the room even after following up several times you won't get your orders of food , when you charge they will blame each other. I m staying here for more than 5 years and just after the change of ownership the hotel got worse, Please book this hotel carefully and keeping in mind that you won't even get a bottle of water. When a daily customer can suffer you can imagine what they will do with a running customer.

I would like to bring attention to the condition of the bathroom in room 105. The tiles within the bathroom are noticeably damaged, with some of them appearing loose. Furthermore, the overall appearance of the bathroom gives off an impression of age, and there are areas where dampness has affected the walls. There were hardly any options on the breakfast menu.

Cozy and comfortable stay. Extremely cordial staff members and the food at the restaurant is delicious. A great place to stay in the heart of Siliguri.

We stayed at Hotel Vinayak as a transit stay. Rooms are okay, not very impressive although the air conditioner worked fine. On the contrary the restaurant at the basement served us good food. We ordered Butter Nan and Butter Chicken and it was not only tasty but also a good value for money.

Rooms are were not up to standard as they carge dirty smell in rooms,and lock of doors were so hard that it took 5mins.to open

Rooms are okay ish. Not too good. But we had a very bad experience with the washroom of our room. Our toilet had a sticker saying it's "sanitized " but it was totally opposite. It was unbearably dirty. After highlighting it was still not cleaned. Despite the Staff behaviour, Food being good has ruined our entire experience of the stay. Advise the management to take adequate steps

For a short Transit to and from the Hill The Hotel is quite OK type. Restaurant food is tasty and reasonable.
