We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and attention to detail remains. The Staff is amazing and the rooms have been comfortable. The only thing that needs to improve is the quality of food in there restaurant . This seems to be an issue at quite a few kimptons that operates the restaurant rather then have it run by an outside entity . Although we had room service twice and it was excellent.

The worst hotel I have ever come across. They let 3 men into my room because the “guests” knew my name. The receptionist gave away my room number to the said guest because he knew him. And when I wanted to checkout of the room within the hour because this incident was highly triggering and made me feel unsafe they forced me to pay the bill of the entire day and threatened to physically restrain my 56 year old mother and me. The entire hotel staff surrounded us and started shouting at us on the road.

I have stayed 3nights in this hotel by far a good expirence. Only foods are expensive. There are many good restaurants near by hotel you can try there. Thank me later ☺️

Extremely poor hotel management. Take action on the staff immediately and compensate my sister for the misbehaviour

Worst place, worst staff. They have put couples friendly in some of the booking apps such as booking.com. But later on denied entry saying they have a rule to not allow unmarried couples. They just called up on the day of checking saying the can't allow rooms. The manager had the worst behaviour. Never book in this hotel. There are far better hotels nearby.

Terrible experience , had to wait 1 hr despite coming in late (5pm). The reception guy was extremely hostile and during checkout i had to spend 15mins convincing them the booking was already paid the day before while my cab to airport was waiting. The while hotel seemed very shady, down from a nice place it was a few years ago. Many alternatives available for the price they charge, go for any of those...

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The non-AC room was surprisingly affordable at just ₹1100. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful ambiance for our getaway with my girlfriend. We had no issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only downside was the limited food options available near hotel as they only have vegetarian dishes, however hotel provides non veg food, still if you want to have good non vegetarian food then you have to go little far

They only have free channels nobody see on the TV. Service was good, food was good and rooms are good but can be improved

We had paid for complimentary breakfast but they charged extra for some stuff we ordered. Also they don't have half of the things on the menu. The service staff and the food was excellent though

We had a train at 8:20p and we had to leave our resort at the Samthar at 10am, hence we had to booked a hotel at Siliguri for freshen up. Fortunately we reached at such time that we did not need to available hotel service for that day. But inspite of the cancelation they welcome as nice for lunch (though they did not have any dedicated dining room because of renovation work at that time) they arrange everything they could do to comfort us. They was great level of hospitality we experienced here. The staff to manage to cook everyone was good. Service was prompt. Food was very good. They let us use their washroom (spared- common) with us at free of cost without hesitations. Over all good experiences at this short period of time stay at Siliguri prior to departure.

The Hotel is located on the main road, with major PSU bank outlets and cafe's all around. Has 3 to 4 car parking in front. Rooms are decent size, given the pricing. Food quantity is good. I felt everything was a tad more salty. You may not feel the same. Staff are responsive. However some bright colour interiors would further uplift the spirits. When I checked in I had to ask for Towel and toiletries and drinking water, which was promptly provided.

Good hotel for middle class people. Tarriff @ Rs.2000/- and Rs.400/- per extra pax. @ 3km away from NJP railway station.

Nice hotel with parking space. Njp station is just 15min drive. Rooms are good. Location is awesome.

All are good... Except the behaviour of the receptionist.. he talks very roufghly
