This
is
a
cheat
property
with
the
rudest
of
managers.
Let
me
get
things
straight...
If
you
book
this
hotel
through
the
App
after
having
been
impressed
with
the
pics
of
their
rooms
on
the
website,
then
you
are
in
for
a
shock!
The
pic
which
you
see
on
the
site
is
only
to
draw
helpless
unaware
tourists
into
their
trap.
We
had
booked
two
rooms
through
Oyo
as
we
were
two
couples
traveling
back
to
Bangalore.
We
checked
into
the
hotel
at
6
50...
But
we
should
have
known
that
we
were
about
to
be
duped.
At
the
time
of
check
in,
we
didn't
see
the
rooms.
We
only
requested
to
be
given
a
good
room
as
shown
in
the
site.
The
guy
at
the
reception
didn't
say
anything..
He
nodded
and
bluntly
told
that
whichever
room
shows
up
on
the
tab,
is
the
room
we
get.
We
asked
if
all
the
rooms
were
the
same
and
resembled
the
one
on
the
site.
He
didn't
respond.
We
were
given
rooms
on
the
third
floor
406
and
407
and
boy
were
we
in
for
a
rude
surprise.
The
rooms
were
small
with
NO
WINDOWS
,no
Oyo
toiletries,
dirty
bins
and
dirty
damp
walls.
When
we
went
down
to
the
reception
to
complain
about
the
mismatch,
they
said
they
haven't
put
up
any
pictures
which
showed
a
different
room.
We
proved
them
wrong
by
showing
the
pic
on
site.
The
manager
said
that
"
Aisa
ek
hi
room
hai
aur
wo
book
ho
gaya!"
We
asked
him
then
why
aren't
the
pics
of
your
other
rooms
put
up
on
the
site??
He
got
angry
and
told
us
to
get
lost
if
they
dont
want
to
stay.
So
shameless
was
he....
So
rude...
He
didn't
even
offer
to
show
us
any
other
rooms
where
we
could
have
stayed.
Basically,
if
you
book
through
the
App,
then
these
are
the
kind
of
rooms
you
get!!
At
8
15
pm
we
lost
our
cool
and
left
from
the
hotel.
I
was
so
enraged
by
the
behaviour
of
the
property
manager
that
its
a
miracle
we
didn't
get
into
a
fist
fight!
He
said
"aapka
family
hai
ya
nahi
hai,
mujhe
MATLAB
nahi...
Rehne
hai
to
raho
USS
room
mein
varna
bhaad
mein
jao!!"
Worst
still,
is
the
kind
of
help
you
get
from
Oyo
customer
support.
One
agent
said
that
I
was
lying
about
the
description
of
the
property
and
had
to
stay
there
itself.
He
believed
the
property
manager
rather
than
me.
Thankfully
sense
prevailed
amongst
the
other
Oyo
support
team
and
they
tried
their
best
to
help
me
out
by
offering
me
other
rooms
in
other
hotels.
But
I
refused...
I
found
an
even
better
hotel
at
the
same
price
close
by
and
shifted
there
with
our
families.
Still
awaiting
the
refund
though..
My
sincere
suggestion
to
unaware
travelers
is
to
AVOID
THIS
PROPERTY!
DO
NOT
BOOK
THIS
HOTEL...
THERE
ARE
A
LOTTTT
BETTER
HOTELS
IN
THE
VICINITY
OF
HONG
KONG
MARKET....
