    This is a cheat property with the rudest of managers. Let me get things straight... If you book this hotel through the App after having been impressed with the pics of their rooms on the website, then you are in for a shock! The pic which you see on the site is only to draw helpless unaware tourists into their trap. We had booked two rooms through Oyo as we were two couples traveling back to Bangalore. We checked into the hotel at 6 50... But we should have known that we were about to be duped. At the time of check in, we didn't see the rooms. We only requested to be given a good room as shown in the site. The guy at the reception didn't say anything.. He nodded and bluntly told that whichever room shows up on the tab, is the room we get. We asked if all the rooms were the same and resembled the one on the site. He didn't respond. We were given rooms on the third floor 406 and 407 and boy were we in for a rude surprise. The rooms were small with NO WINDOWS ,no Oyo toiletries, dirty bins and dirty damp walls. When we went down to the reception to complain about the mismatch, they said they haven't put up any pictures which showed a different room. We proved them wrong by showing the pic on site. The manager said that " Aisa ek hi room hai aur wo book ho gaya!" We asked him then why aren't the pics of your other rooms put up on the site?? He got angry and told us to get lost if they dont want to stay. So shameless was he.... So rude... He didn't even offer to show us any other rooms where we could have stayed. Basically, if you book through the App, then these are the kind of rooms you get!! At 8 15 pm we lost our cool and left from the hotel. I was so enraged by the behaviour of the property manager that its a miracle we didn't get into a fist fight! He said "aapka family hai ya nahi hai, mujhe MATLAB nahi... Rehne hai to raho USS room mein varna bhaad mein jao!!" Worst still, is the kind of help you get from Oyo customer support. One agent said that I was lying about the description of the property and had to stay there itself. He believed the property manager rather than me. Thankfully sense prevailed amongst the other Oyo support team and they tried their best to help me out by offering me other rooms in other hotels. But I refused... I found an even better hotel at the same price close by and shifted there with our families. Still awaiting the refund though.. My sincere suggestion to unaware travelers is to AVOID THIS PROPERTY! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL... THERE ARE A LOTTTT BETTER HOTELS IN THE VICINITY OF HONG KONG MARKET....

    I booked this hotel via Agoda and prepaid according to agoda tariffs. Now when I went to this hotel , they said why have u paid in advance ,.. I booked to twin bed room , but they have offered me single bed small room Now the room was small , suffocated , and smelly , and they have charged 116 extra from me... Don't go here they are cheaters instead take some time and find other accomodations even you have to spend more search others not this one .. They are cheaters ...

    I've booked this hotel from Oyo but after reaching this property the hotel manager told me that they didn't have any tie up with Oyo and I've to book personally. I was in very difficult condition then as already after a long journey my family was very much tired, my 15 months old kid also feeling unwell. The manager was very much rude but the hotel room boy was helpful and showing kindness. The manager was asked non-ac small room 1300/- per day with out any compromise or else go to other hotels. As I was in a difficult situation after a long request it was fixed to 1000/- ( 700/- should be appropriate), the room was soso... Geyser was not working... I have checked out next day morning immediately. And my suggestion to all please never trust Oyo...

    Worst experience ever! The property manager is very rude. He doesn't have any manners. The room which was allotted for us was no where close to what we have booked for after seeing in the internet. When we went to complain about it, he was very abusive towards us. He doesn't have any respect towards women or family persons. He literally asked us to get out of the hotel for complaining at 8.00 pm. Eventually, me and my wife had to come out and went about searching for a hotel for the nights stay at 8 pm in the night with all our luggage. He literally made our check-in hell.People out there, please stay away from the so called HOTEL GOLDEN MOMENTS and the so called uncultured manager. I had never experienced anything close to this ever.

    The stay at this property was really a nightmare. The rooms are too dirty with stingy smell as if the rooms were not in use for a long time. The toilets are dirty. The rooms are worst than a ghost bunglow and the stay was like goods in a godown. Hotel staff was very arrogant.Manager was behaving as if he was providing us rooms for free which was intolerable.The blankets were dirty with spots on it.AC was broken. Pillows were very dirty.

    We made a booking through oyo when we arrived at the hotel they refused our booking saying we are not taking booking from oyo.Harassesd unnecessarily no management no ethics no humanity disappointed to the core.

    Scam.. Rooms were not as it was shown in the picture. Managers is rude I don’t know what kind of hospitality is this. Room were really dirty β€œI’m saying it again rooms were not as it is shown in the picture” scam. I would not wanna go there anymore.

    I have booked a deluxe room through MakeMyTrip. The room was not what was shown in the website. I complained that they didn't take any action and didn't return my money. I suggest not to book through any such service. Also please don't visit this hotel since the staff and the manager were rude.

    Golden moments I have spend 1) Two times I have to change my room due to AC not working & look at the condition of AC as photos shared. 2) Unpleasant smell in room even not removed by spraying local made room spray by the hotel. 3) 50 paise shoap given which I think sweeper didnot use this πŸ˜€. 4) Dam/ Fungus roof 5) very dirty pillow & blanket cover. 6) TV provided is of 90s model hope they have managed from scrap shop. 7) Room Telephone not working 8) Numbers provided in visiting card is of not use. Overall it is foothpath type hotel. I d'nt know why OYO is cheating or fooling customer & looting our money by showing fake photos.

    Very very very poor....i mean worst.rooms are very dirty and bad smelling.towels,pillow covers are very dirty.rooms look like godowns.bathrooms are very dirty.AC is broken and not working.stingy smell.Asked for room freshner but was not provided.The stay was very disgusting.

    Really are you joking me,hotel golden moments name doesn't suit this hotel,they don't have clean sheets or mattresses,no in house kitchen like it say it has in oyo.oyo please remove this hotel from your list, extremely bad experience,even staff is not helpful.even when asked for clean sheets or mattress,staff is not listening,waste of money,and totally not suitable for family,oyo please look into matter,totally feel cheated by hotel and oyo both.

    This hotel is totally a nightmare for us. We booked this hotel by direct call. Manager by name Gourango Biswas took our booking and we made an advance through Gpay on Jul 2, 2023 for our one tripple bed room on 20th October 2023. On our arrival the said aged manager was looking at us deniedly as we had not booked the hotel in spite we showed the receipt sent by the said guy. At last he fled from there by instructing other guy to accomodate us in a double bedded room on same price.But we adhere to our price and room as per our booking receipt with the next guy and finally after one hour of argument he made us that double beded room but we still did not compromise the said price as they alloted us tripple one as per booking receipt. The second guy at last had to settle the double bedded room by giving Rs. 200 discount. I would say plz don't book or stay in this hotel. They have neither system, nor have manner to behave. Gourango is a bad behaved person with adamant look and his attitude is very very rude. I would like to request the owner to remove this guy from charge.
