This is the best couple friendly hotel in Sevok road near Vega mall.. And very secure and save also best for familys. And I had great experience. The hotel was clean and bathroom too. Staff are very nice and they are ready to help you out Any think you want.. Thank you

Cleanliness was lacking inside the room, though from outside it looks neat and clean. Bathrooms were dirty. Towels were also not provided. Pros... It has a parking facility. Staffs were cooperative. Cons... Cleanliness was lacking.

Room No 102 I booked this hotel through OyO. Pics on their website is different. This is the real picture. Most important they never answer the calls on the reception. I have to go down and ask for drinking water which was not there when I checked-in but didn’t send it for 30mins. So, I myself went out of the hotel just to buy water. They don’t have restaurant but OyO is giving option for Lunch and Dinner. I also have video of the AC that is making to much of noise and also the sound of the AC water dripping on some metal object is making too much of noise. I would not have written this review but I can’t sleep because of the noise. It’s 00:41 now. I want to check this hotel asap and sleep somewhere else.

This is a nightmare. These kind of hotels should not be promoted by the likes of MMT and OYO. No service, no helping attitude, worst behaviour and dark, shanty rooms which are not even worth Rs. 800/-. No person with family should come to stay in this hotel. I am saying this from my experience

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and had a worst experience from oyo though being a wizard member. I am very much dissatisfied with the service. During my stay I faced the following issues: 1. Fungus on whole ceiling including bathroom. U will also find spiders there. 2. Wi fi not working. 3. No room cleaning available. 4. Cockroaches in room. 5. I stayed 2 days. No one came to change the bed sheet not even the glasses. 6. During check out hotel manager will take your phone and he will review 5 star himself in oyo app by hiding from you. 7. TV is also dispute.

Never book with any hotel with OYO. In siliguri no hotel is taking booking with OYO because large amount of money is due. You will be denied Check In if booked with OYO. The company is fraud. So don't fall prey in their trap. The hotel is a budget stay a bit away from city.

Courteous staff, good location right opposite to the Salugara monastery and near to sevoke and Mahananda wild life sanctuary. The stay was good with very courteous staff. I do wish that the bathrooms were a lil bit more clean and the break fast a lil better

Very bad Hotel. Ac not working properly. TV is not working. No room service. Morning me chay nahi Mila. Wall of the room is with damp. No hot water. AC water Water flowing through floor.
