Kindly don't book this hotel instead go to lemon tree on the main road. This hotel is isolated and on a very narrow road in interior part from main road. The hotel staff and hotel boys were kind and cooperative. The room was extremely small and unsuitable for a family. Ok for couples. The restaurant had unclean floors and flies were there. No lift on one block. No kettle was provided and we requested for extra mattress that also they didn't send even after 2-3 requests. Wifi was not working and not even getting connected (possibly staff gave wrong password intentionally). If you are with family please don't book this hotel otherwise you will have bad memories in your trip.

The location of the hotel is a good bit interior from the main road, but the place was calm. I was there for 4 days and the service was good, food was good. They were responding to all calls and provided us with the services. The rooms and washroom were clean , they were cleaning on a daily basis. Size of the room is good and not too congested. AC was not working, but since i was there in winter it was not a problem. Basic amenities were available so it's a good option to stay there.

This place is a bit away from the main road but will connected and very situated in the popular area of the city. Rooms are pretty good compared to rest of the hotel in the locality. Room service is pretty amazing. 24/7 assistance was available. Spent almost 25 days in the hotel travelled for a business trip the staff was super supportive all the hours of the day.

Don't want to give any stars. Because its not even worth even a single star. Worst hotel possible. We had booked two rooms, one room was filled with cigarette smell and upon calling the room service, they just sprayed some phenyl. And in the other room, the bathroom floor and walls were all sprayed with tobacco spittings. Also, my first time experience with this hotel who allows guests to party till late night around say 2-3 am with loud music, disturbing the other guests as well. And the location is so pathetic, they don't have a proper road and it's quite dark.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed! The cleanliness of the hotel was below par. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean. Even the room was not prepared for the guest. The towels were not kept. The towels and bed linens were stained. Everything is to be requested and you have to wait for several minutes to get it. We requested dental kit and they charged for that. Being a person who stayed in rooms around the globe, this was the very first experience regarding the stay. The person who sat at the reception was arrogant. We came for check in, he was so reluctant to check even our details. Speaking of the food; the breakfast and dinner had only limited options. The plates and glasses were dirty. Overal the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Worst hospitality to the guest. Highly not recommended

As our company had corporate tie up,had booked 2 room for 2 person.1 room with lift(premium room)and 1without.So I was put in a room which was no way premium nor was the lift available.telephone was not working,asked for clothing iron to which they bluntly said not available as one of the guests broke it last week🤔.the toilet seat was broken and more surprisingly the door lock of other room which was taken by my colleague was not functional😖.as we were getting late for our meeting the staff at reception assured us that they will change our room,but to our atonishment the said staff had left after his shift without even informing about our request to the other staff taking over the shift.can’t even say how casual their approach was. There were other guest too who were complaining about shower tap not working etc etc It was our first stay with Mount Amara but overall it was not pleasant at all. I hope the management takes care of this at the earliest.

The hotel is small and nestled in an alleyway off from the bustling street near Planet Mall. While the exterior and surrounding areas left much to be desired, the interior provided a pleasant surprise. Despite its dilapidated exterior, graying whitewash, and dirty doormats, the hotel's interior was notably clean and well-kept. The room, especially the toilet, was impressively clean. The shower had a minor leak, but it was not a major concern. The food at the hotel had a strong Indian influence, so I preferred to dine elsewhere during my 5-night stay. The daily breakfast was the same and consisted of bread, puri, curry, tea, coffee, three South Indian dishes, and two fruit items, one being watermelon. Despite the language barrier with the reception staff who didn't speak English, I was able to communicate using a mix of Hindi, Nepali, and English. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, were very friendly and readily available when needed. Overall, the hotel exceeded my initial expectations given its external appearance.

Actually it does not deserve a single star. Nothing about the place is good. Even an Oyo room will be little cleaner than this hotel. Since I was on the first floor of the hotel all the other rooms waste water was coming inside my bathroom and the whole place had horrible stink. TV didn't work throughout and nobody had a clue as to what was happening. The reception staff is tick skinned and carry no information or responsibility towards customer service. It's strongly suggested to refrain from staying in such an unhealthy place

My recent stay at this hotel on 16/4/2022 was wonderful. The hotel staffs were very friendly and their services are excellent. The F&B team led by Mr. Siddhartha Pramanik provided us with the best food in the town. They were very well behaved and the service was prompt. The room was neat and clean and the over all ambience of the hotel was good.

1) The Hotel offer many services like Buffet menu, In Room Dining, SPA & Parking service, Hall Rooms for any kind of program/meeting etc., Rooms are generally cheap in terms of their price, you can walk a little to go Cosmos Mall / Vega Mall etc. Behaviour of staff are good and in reception they behave Avarage. 2) There Room service are very disappointing, they almost never serve you food in time during night, some room have issues with AC, Sound badly, Most of the time they never give you early check-in (Some time with extra ₹1k), they have SPA in their Name only, you never find any spa services in this hotel since I'm visiting here 2021 to till today.

Room was ok. No wi-fi and telephone. I dont know about premium ones, s i stayed in deluxe room. Location wise its bit inside and the road leading towards hotel is not good at all. Hotel environment is good. Restro food is good and tasty too. Service was good. Manger is also good and polite. Even waiters are also good and friendly.

The hotel is okayish, the price has good value for money and the rooms are okay. Breakfast was very basic and honestly, I didn't seem to enjoy it. Food was mostly cold and boring. Room wise, the room was enough to satisfy me, the view was peaceful and isolated. The location is a bit inside so if you're here, you must love to stay in isolated places

Not recommended, if you want to stay peace of mind. i planed official tour, but experience of stay in such hotel was worst. No kitchen work after 3.30am. No phone work in room.

The location is nice away from the hustle of the city. The staffs at the reception and restaurant are very helpful and friendly. Miss Supriya at the desk was so polite & helpful. Only negative point is there's no lift in block b but it's okay if you're not aged. Would love to visit again.

A last minute contingency booking turned into a blessing in disguise. A special mention of Shri Biplab Limbu whose charming demeanour and personalised efficient service makes me want to come back again and again. An extremely pleasant travel experience.

I am giving it 2 star because I wanted to book the hotel, so I called them at after noon around 3PM and asked if rooms are available or not. They told me that room js available and I told them that ok Please reasearve a room for me with my name, I will reach hotel till 11.30PM. THEY SAID Ok, Sir. When I reached the hotel and asked the person in reception he said that there is no booking on your name and no room available.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is horrible, AC does not work, they do not care about hospitality at all. They would offer discounts to lure you. But please do not fall for that. Totally understaffed. An AC waiting lounge at the station is more hygienic and comfortable. Hope this gives them a reality check.

Provided good service. Located in good location. Easy to navigate with in the city. Slightly over priced food l. A suggestion is to reduce the food price by 10-15% will give better chances of more revenue.

The room itself was ok, tough is bit expensive compared to other similar hotels. The approach road leading to the hotel is narrow, hence if you a bringing your own vehicle have to keep that in mind as two upcoming vehicles may find it hard to pass. If you don't have your own car, the hotel is little far away from the main road. The room intercom wasn't working hence calling for room service was such a pain

Rooms are okay. Location wise quite but have to come small lonely street . No street light. Filthy street . Unable to walk. Room service was good but delayed. Restaurant have good ambience. Ample car parking too. Breakfast was just okay. Food rates are bit over priced

The room size of premium is good ,any family including 2 kids can easily accomodate into it. Meanwhile the food's quality was also better specially the captain there at restaurant along with their supporting staff are exceptional. The hotel was just beside the planet mall exit point gate. One find it is not easy to go with the help of Google maps,so it's better landmark to get there. Hotels is nearly 5 mins of walking from the main road if one doesn't have their own vehicle has to always take a walk of around 10, mins to be there at main road. Rest the quality of rooms and hotel staffs are well coordinated. Pleasure to be there

It's my fourth time staying in this hotel and all the time they don't have a kettle, shower gel, bathroom mat , sleeper and bed in some rooms 🛏️ they provide is iron and when you sleep linens continue to roll down with mattress. One of the most funny things I noticed here is that they provide a meal system on their convenience basis like alakart/buffet...and their cook keeps on changing so food taste varies.

We stayed at the Room number 228 and had a very poor experience, the hotel staff ignore your every call and request, the room was smelly and not clean at all and we requested for a room freshener, water bottle and tea multiple times on call but no one came, we even visited the lobby with our request and on telling them that if they do not provide the room freshener we will leave the hotel one guy came with one. The room did not have proper ventilation (it was suffocating) and the AC was also not working, Food and Tea was also Pathetic to say the least, Do not recommend at all.

Worst experience we had staying in this hotel. We had stayed in Summit group of hotels in Sikkim and they recommended this hotel mentioning that it is their sister concern. Having had nice experience there we expected the quality to be good. But it was worst to the core. Initially the summit group had booked premium rooms. Since we were just going to stay for a night and leaving early in the morning we asked for deluxe rooms. The rooms were available but the person informed that the lift is not working and you will need to climb up the stairs upto 3 rd floor. But later we found that the lift was working. This was cheating. They call this premium room. When we entered the room it was stinking badly. The rest rooms were even worse. A large hole in which rats can enter. No toiletries. The towels were dirty. Room service was bad. They don't even attend. OVERALL WORST AND BAD EXPERIENCE. This hotel doesn't deserve to get even 1 star.

It was great and excellent.. The food,staff and most importantly the room everything was perfect..The staff were very well mannered and very active. All over it was a lovely experience.. It was worth it...

Management needs to keep proper and regular checks for the amenities and services provided. Goibibo had offered me room upgrade as per availability but the staff said they are full but it looked like very limited guests were around. The aircon remote had major issue and the housekeeping had to be contacted several times. Also the TV recharge had expired several weeks ago. Overall, it is at a surreal location and the staff are really humble and polite. Best wishes!

Very difficult Location from the city with very narrow roads. Rooms were maintained very poorly and smelly. Though we booked a AC room , AC connection itself not established in that room. We went on a trip so we stayed in more than 5 hotels and we gave every hotel 5 star and this hotel we r giving 1 star shows the difference ... No ventilation no lift etc ...... Atleast the one star I for only the staff boys who were so kind.....

It's a good hotel around 150 meter away from cosmos mall. Rooms are good. Staffs are also cooperative. Dining facility is available. Only one drawback that it is around 150 meter away from main road. One can get difficulty in finding public transport.
