Hotel is in good location for travelers. Have their parking facilities and lift. but their receptionists are much lazy and busy for personal social media activities. I was in 404 and 406 2 days. both room telephone was destroyed and could not connect to the reception. they have not good room service too. drinking water also bad. common washroom they didn't clean more than 1 time in a day. actually they can't care their guest whom are stay on 4th floor with common washroom usage. water bottle and drinks price are much higher than outdoor shops.

Worst hotel i have ever visited !! Dont go for the internet photos !! What they show comes up different when you visit !! The receptionists behaves as if he is the owner !! So much of ego … he have to train what hospatality is first and then perform his role as receptionist !!! I dont knw might be the rooms are ok !! The business in future will surely go down if this receptionist continues to work there !!!

Stayed in this hotel in room 402 . The hotel is quite nice and the staffs are friendly . Bathroom was clean and it is a couple friendly hotel . The only things that is bad is they take a lot of time when you order food from their restaurant like we had to wait for 2-2.5 hrs after ordering . Food stalls,cigarettes shop , wine shop , fast food evrything is present nearby the hotel overall the stay was pleasant and AC , geyser , tv everything was present and working in my room . One more thing you have to buy water bottles they don't have an aquaguard where you can refill...

The hotel is good with beautiful atmosphere especially the fish aquarium is beautiful the food quality is awesome .wish to stay here . With family and friends

Geysers not working. Early morning when asked for hot water for bath, an elderly person came with bucket of luke warm water and took bath with bucket and mug 😄. Tea bag milk powder and sugar were there in the room but no kettle. Should i make tea in cold water? Need full energy to flush toilet. Button attached to wall is too hard. At last denied to give bill. Says i need to pay extra for that, while it was fixed at Rs 2000.00 for a day including all taxes. My first worst experience om lifetime.

Very pooooor experience, worst hotel I have ever seen in my life according to what they are charging.I recommend everyone please don't book your room in this hotel. Worst services, improper staffs, very poor hygiene.Trust me you won't find any kind of comfort in your staying in this hotel.

Very good hospitality with good food good atmosphere reception staff very very helpful. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends. Kp up the good work.offline is better than online services.

Now a days this hotel going to excellent budget hotel in siliguri. Staffs and food Quality are so good. Especally reception staff are very cooperative and helpful in all services vikas and bablu kp the good work . Wishing to come soon to hotel gananayak.

It was really very disappointed that one of your staff viz Mousin Reja has more attitude and has zero hospitality in dealing with customers. The main reason behind disapponted is that i had asked for charger with your another staff, he gave me adapter. I had plug in my phone. The owner of that adapter was Reja. He showed his worthless attitude and behave like as an arrogant, showing his anger in front of customer not feels good If you keep such type of staff in your restaurant, than it would be very worthless for the owner of the restaurant. Lastly, please 🙏🙏try to keep a humble and responsible person in the restaurant to make growth in your business.🙏🙏🙏🙏

With in this week visit this hotel.. Ist things to tell who really visit and stayed there.. Ist thing - 555- House keeping number ..call karne se uthayega nehi ..phir lift mein niche jake bolne se bolega idhar ring nhi aya.. If u are staying 2-3 days..House keeping staff named Ashok most third class person I ever had seen..He did not respect lady person..House keeping are not coming daily basis to clean rooms and bedsheets and all.. I personally suffered with my family.. Plz dont go there any one and Hotel service is very bad.. Inside the room Ac maximum gass leakage..not coming cool ness so much.. If you are going to switch on Fan ..there is no nob in regularetor to make it high or low..

The hotel reception boy on 25th April,2023 Morning at 7AM was very rude. He was not at all ready to get up from sleep. On requesting he used slangs and also told me many harsh words like whether I have purchased the whole hotel or not. He infact came to hit me. This is totally beyond expectations. Everybody has value for time. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as guests are unsafe over here. The security person present at that point of time is a witness to the whole incident.

A big thing is that they provided me room at 3.00am in the morning. At that time most of the hotels were closed. I will give a thank you this gesture. Price renge is a little bit higher i think it was with me due to time schdule. If i was early than i had with more options. Cleanliness is good service is also good. The worst stay I ever experienced in Siliguri. Room service is too bad. Tv not working. Ac room but the Ac is broken and even the geyzers are not working. They charge too much for normal food and drinks and the food is not good as the amount you pay. This hotel is good for emergency only.

They dont wash their sheets...how do i know? As per them i left a tea stain om their sheets and they charged me during checkout to wash the sheets....i had to pay as i was in rush to get to the airport

Budget friendly Hotel .Need More Experience Staff in all field.Otherwise everything is very good.
