Nice & Silent Place!!! To Good.

The rooms are not that good. The bathroom is a bit dirty. The TV doesn't work.... The tiles in the room are dirty. There is no drinking water facility.....Only the reception is good. The blankets are dirty. And very mosquito bites at night, I had no sleep that night.... Finally, it can be said that it is not so good👎

I would not say anyone to stay there..Such dirty rooms,no one to guide for anything.. Charging high amount and giving no service.. Toilets were the worst, cockroaches were roaming around..

Most third class hotel in siliguri. Booked a non-ac room, at the time of checkout, the demanded the charge of AC room, that even price of 1600/- range with very small room, (204) all rooms are small. Served rotten fish at dinner. Most horrendous experience. Don't stay in this hotel. In hard situation I'll prefer to stay at road than to stay in this hotel. Vogous. Rude behaviour of manager. They perfectly know how to loot the boarder stay in their hotel.

The restaurant is just ridiculous. They didn't even tell us the price. Normally, even in a 2 or 3 star hotel the price of a whole bufue , including the whole food, it costs only 1000 or something and we only ordered alu Paratha, dal tarka , egg omlete, and tea and it cost us almost 1800. We couldn't believe it. We checked the menu the dal tarka was rupees 95 but they charged us 155. This was the worst journey evar

Only positive thing is good location, just off hill cart road. Restaurant is also good but food price quite on the higher side. Amenities are definitely not worth calling it palace. Room size is very small, maintenance and cleanliness is pathetic. Unclean toulet, curtains and bedsheets. Hotel entrance very narrow, car parking is a big challenge.

Room is quite good in your Budget and location is also good. It is a pocket friendly accomodation and Staff's are very polite. Front Desk Manager is very helpfull. If you want 1 night stay over here you can choose this hotel. I am very much satisfied with their services and behaviour.

Room was small and suffocating with cigarate smell. Food survice and ambience was good.

It's a bogas hotel, rooms even AC are without phone/bell. Bad experience, they taken ID during check in and not return, even i remind through housekeeping boy. During checkout, i also forgot to collect in harry. Now they are asking Rs. 200 for courier charges to Kolkata. Very bad service.

Room was not cleaned , no towel no soap provided...provided only after complaining.....no security...only one person was at night at reception area when we arrived that too in fully drunk state.
