Had gone to visit a friend staying there. The hotel is reasonably cheap but maintains a good standard of housekeeping. Within the city limits and with a parking. Though the food choices may be limited.

Service staff are friendly nature and they help if you want any thing

Whenever I go stay Siliguri - I stay here - may be it’s more than 10 times .. rooms are pretty clean .. belive me it’s one of the best room in Siliguri and place is middle of hole Siliguri - perfect location - must visit

After staying here, came again after 5 days.. found out the rates were even higher. The receptionist after saying that he could give the rooms at the earlier rates was not able to keep his words even for 5 min.

No night service ....they don't provide orginal bill . We had to call police due to accommodation issue and bill related issue when we in hotel. Staff behaviour worst ....No Normal water for drink and thier restaurant is food is very bad quality ....
