Filthy. All the rooms. Filthy kitchen, substandard service by inexperienced and untrained staff. Linen too was dirty with stains. Bathrooms were so unhygienic that you would be afraid to use. Very bad hotel.

Good hotel near NJP, A walking distance of the station from the Hotel. Also have fooding with moderate rate. Rate also cheap rather than nearby hotels.

Very old fashion hotel need to upgrade hugely, located near Njp station. The hall is not so spacious

Rooms are average, there is a mosquito problem, one towel per room even if you are traveling in a group.

" Hotel Baidyanath " NJP Station Road, Bhaktinagar, Nice clean and Colourful Rooms, Very Close From NJP Rly. Station, Staff & Menager Behaviour is Good.

The hotel is very near to the railway station and the manager and staff were realy helpful and we checked in quite late as we arrived via Shatabdi express. The rooms however are not well kept and the lavatory should be cleaned properly. However in house food is good.

Pathetic. They are not able to provide mineral water.cleanliness zero,no what water in bathrooms....... They are bother about payment only.not for customer satisfaction & basic amenities. Not recommended to stay any 1 at this dirty place.

Very basic and budget hotel. Stayed there for few hours only. Booked ac room and got insects and lizard as complementary. Food is ok.

Overall good....staffs can be a bit nicer and should have a lil less cockroaches in rooms...rooms are good ...food is good and close to station

Not at all a good hotel. the room is not properly clean. As we don't have any option, that's why we stayed only one night. The food price is exorbitant in respect of quantity. Not recommended.

The hotel is okay but the service was not good. The rate was also very high. We had to pay Rs.2500 for one night which was not worthy. Staff behaviour was good but food service was very late (about 1.5-2 hours).

Good Place for a short stay. Rooms are decent. No elevator. Service is great, staff is very helpful. Plenty of food options close by and there is a restaurant on property with a wide spread.

Location is favourable for early boarders from NJP. However, cleanliness is absolutely not maintained. Dirt is found everywhere while hotel staff and room service is very poor. Not a single drinking glass was provided even after requesting. Unclean bed covers, towels and bathroom. Very unpleasant experience.

No generator facility and no proper ventilation and bathroom is also not well sanitized and buckets are dirty

Well before reaching when I checked the reviews i thought it must be bad i tried it but if i say now I will highly recommend in a place like njp it is soo good i must say this that what they are saying Is based on previous visits but now there are nothing like that if i stayed at somebody's home I must have felt like this only everyone is like family there.... it now looks different and much much better it just did a renovation and people saying about staff it has now new staff who are helpful , kind and great and washrooms has also been taken care of and also I saw one reply saying it doesn't have a generator it's not true it does have generator I would 100% recommend it and yes don't believe in those replys saying that it's not a good hotel it definetly is just give it a try and then you'll know I am saying the truth

See This hotel doesn't respect their guests much because they are in prime location near NJP railway station. Always they get guests and this has made them think why struggle to give better service any way we get coustomers. So I suggest if it's just one night stay and you want to catch a train early morning then stay or else please avoid it. You have better options in side Siliguri City.

Best hotel to stay in njp. Rooms are clean, spacious. Bathrooms are also very clean. Fooding available, room service available. They also have restaurant in ground floor. It is also very near to njp station. 500m from station. U can get room in night also, no advance booking required, they have plenty of rooms.

Not so good experience in the hotel as one of the counter staff is kind of attitude showing. Expect little politeness from all. May be they dont bother of customer to retain back. Even at the time of departure, no one turns up to help with general courtesy or extend hepling hand with our luggage. Plan to stayed there for one more day but because of their behaviour , opt out for another lodge.

Stinking dirty rooms, Fare is high. Told me in the morning that geyser is not working. Food was tasty in dirty utensils. Dont go for this hotel

Good Hotel just walking distance from NJP station. Amenities are good, but you have to ask for soap and Towel.

At the heart of NJP, very close distance from station. We took it for getting refreshed after an overnight journey. There hospitality and quick response truly amazing.

The place is quite near from the NJP station only 10mins away.....rooms are good not that much big but ok...foods are quite good..staffs are good and very helpful.

Good place to stay one night near njp station. About 10min walking distance. Food and lodging facility available. Don't expect any hifi food and lodging. It's just a okay place for the night halt near NJP station.
