My experience in this hotel was amazing... Firstly the hotel manager was so good towards us... And staff's were equally good... Room's were superb.. They were very clean.. It was comfy...hospitality was amazing....hotel service is great and food quality is also good their staff's are very helpful.. we are satisfied with their service...Only one issue is that they should maintain their washrooms a little bit...Then it will be perfect.... Overall it was amazing ....👍

This is a dirty place. Very bad, lazy staff. Bhargav Dey is the owner and is a big, big cheat and liar. He cannot be trusted at all. I had to call NJP Policemen to the hotel as he turned out to be a very big cheat and liar. I advise nobody to book into this hotel at all. It's disgusting to even think about the treatment v got. Please air this all over the world regarding GD Hotel near Central Bank, NJP... Anybody can check with NJP Police .They came to my rescue.

My recent experience with the GD Hotel was extremely disappointing 😡😠. When I first visited the hotel and inquired about room rates, the receptionist showed me options of 1200rs, 1600rs, and 1800rs. However, when I called later to book a room at the 1800rs rate, I was quoted prices that were significantly higher - between 3000rs and 4000rs.😡😡😡 Feeling frustrated and confused, I went to the hotel to discuss the situation with the receptionist. Unfortunately, I was informed that the room was no longer available at the previously quoted price. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, and left me feeling very disappointed with the hotel's customer service.😡😡😡 I strongly advise against booking a room at the GD Hotel. Their practices are dishonest and misleading, and suggest that they are more concerned with making money than providing their guests with a fair and honest experience. There are many other hotels in the area that are more trustworthy and deserving of your business😡😡.

Extremely arrogant behaviour by the staff... Doesn't even know how to talk to a customer... Pathetic service... Never ever recommended... Where online prices show 1000-1300, they are charging 1800-2000... In the room, the flush needs immediate repair, TV connection doesn't even exist... On being asked the reason and telling that I will post negative review, the hotel staff said that " your review won't even matter"... Such audacity and unprofessional attitude!! Please stay anywhere except this place..

Want to get an experience about staying at the most bad hotel at Siliguri? Plz stay here. The room no way looked like the pictures displayed. Staffs behave is too much bad. Rooms are totally unhygienic. Not suitable with family members only for an hour.

Definitely would not choose to stay at property again.Very poor management, sad state of rooms and torn linens and other items like soap,shampoo etc. A/c malfunctions and hotel staff are not well trained and lack behavioural courtesy.Only good point is the location and the fact that it's a pet friendly hotel.

Rooms are very very bad. Fungus in walls tablets etc (in upper floor rooms) NO GEYSER, NO TOWELS, VERY HARD MATTRESS LIKE WOOD, NO ROOM SERVICE, EVEN NO FUNCTIONAL SOCKETS TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE, Over charged room.

Worst. They are lier, rude, mannerless. If there is option to give zero rating, I must give them zero. Rooms are so dirty. I called them before 2/3 hours of reaching, they didn't even bother to ready rooms. Rating, photo shown in google all are false.

Never trust this managers on hotel when I tried to book through website he did not accept the payment although we had a word before booking, and cancelled it mentioned banking issues again tried to call and confirm booking with same rate after visting hotel, stated they are going to charged more as offered by website. But earlier when we had a word with hotel manager he mentioned they are going to offer same rate as the website. Now you guys decided whom should we trust. If he mentioned earlier that room offered price is much lower than we could cancel why did he make such ruckus now i have to wait 30 days for refund and not gonna trust on these kind of hotels, rather they removed their hotels from sites, that could be better for other customer

We chakin at 2am,the staff was available for assistance.they have a wonderful veg restaurant. I highly recommend

The facade would leave with impression as if it's just Grand. But there are hardly any amenities e.g rooms very small yet called DLX room, no sitting arrangement, no table, toilet door broken, bed not cozy, no elect.kettle, tv doesn't run etc

Terrible service. We had planned to stay here for a night as our train arrived at night. I had cleared an advance payment of 1000. On searching some negative reviews we changed decision and cancelled our stay. They said according to their protocol money is refunded on the date of the booking itself, not before. I had payed on 28th March. Our booking date was 5th April. I repeatedly followed up. They did not even send any receipt. Even past 15th April, my money was not refunded though they had not sent a receipt still. If this is the service then you can well imagine the stay experience. Thanks to honest reviews which helped me take the decision and not stay up there. Terrible.

Worst experience staying in this hotel. The hotel has no inverter and twice there was a power outage during our stay. The rooms are small and not well equipped. The taps and flush in the washroom was not working properly hence we had to call the plumber. Even the knob of the washroom was broken and we had to call the plumber to fix it. Most importantly the worst ever experience we saw a man inside the hotel ( not sure if it was a tourist or the staff) was roaming around without undergarments. Though they call it a family hotel but not at all safe for women. It's better to spend a night at NJP station than to book this hotel.

Priced like a 4* hotel for not so good ordinary rooms..... No facilities, only advantage is hear railway station, easy to catch early morning trains... Rooms shown online are only imaginary far away from reality .. There are no ball boys, had to carry luggage by self.... Booking in this hotel should be the last option as no other rooms were available nearby...

Ok type rooms, this is near to NJP station, that is the only good option for this hotel. They didn't serve any food, you have to buy it from outside or you can booked through online food delivery apps.

Though a pet friendly hotel but there is no place where your pet can do their daily necessary works in the morning. But the staffs are really very helpful and pet friendly. Maybe due to the ongoing renovations or whatever be the reason, the rooms in which we stayed didnot have proper functional geyser, TV, sockets, intercom. They don't have any restaurant facility as of now but provided the food or tea or coffee from outside. But the best part is the location of the hotel which is very near to NJP station and there are few restaurents also nearby as it is located in the market area.

Location is good to catch early morning trains at NJP. Cleanliness is not so good. Do not except anything other than location advantage!

Good place to stay! Near to the NJP and near to the market. Try to book AC room if you are travelling except winter season.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They charged Rs.2000+ taxes for a room worth Rs.500. The size of room was about 10x10ft. No space at all The cistern was broken and nobody came to repair it even after several requests. Had to flush using buckets. The food was worse than roadside ones. Never stay here.

DO NOT BOOK ROOMS AT THIS HOTEL !! Although they charge premium, their rooms are very dirty. They charged Rs. 1866/- for One night but gave a very dirty room with dirty floors and equally dirty bathroom. No soap was provided in the bathroom. Towel was also not clean. Walls of the room were full of spots and moulds as you can see in the attached photographs.
