Service totally not expected and bedroom was dirty and blankets quality can't explain.Waste of money.

i stayed here for a couple of days. the room given was good at third floor with the lodge having no lift. the stay was good on the first night but it was just pathetic in the second day. somehow the fan and bathroom bulb were made to not work from next day morning. all they wanted is to enter my room and so they intentionally stopped the fan from working. it was quite hot and humid and you could not open the window as mosquitos will infiltrate like anything. so a entire night without fan windows. closed. and i also forgot to take my winter jacket. and when i came after 48 hrs they told me there was nothing. shame in siliguri.

I really like their service. This is one of the best & budget friendly hotel. Staffs Behaviour was nice & polite. Water was given all the time free of cost. Room & Bathroom was totally clean & room service was really too good. Thanks & I'll visit again.

I had stayed here along with my parents for a night while travelling to Kurseong. The hotel is quite near to NJP railyway station. The rooms were clean.The staff is very courteous. They were also very helpful in getting us car rentals for our trip. The driver who took us around was very accommodating and patient. Thanks to him, it was a hassel free travel with my parents.I would definitely put up at Sahara lodge if I have to halt at NJP anytime in near future.

Nice and Affordable and apart from that quick service . The staff was friendly enough and morever , the food was tasty and well made . I will suggest any visitor ( traveller ) to experience Sahara Lodge once if they visit New Jalpaiguri .

Services, food quality & behaviour of staff is very good and helpful. Room's are cleaned but needs to modernize. It's near to NJP station.

Good place for staying overnight near NJP station,Siliguri. The hotel owner was helpful and polite. Room service was good.

Near to NJP railway station.... Neat and hygienic.... Good for short stay......

It is Neat and clean lodge. We stayed here for one night. It is within 1 kilometer from new jalpaiguri station. A big advantage is Geyser is available in all rooms. Other lodge or hotel have two options rooms with and without geyser.

This a nice place to stay for one or two night. It's near to the railway station.

Stayed there for a night only in 2 seperate occasions, it was sort of clean & cozy so, didn't face much of an issue.

Cleanliness is good. Linen was good. Very old style lodge (might have been built a century ago), no lift, very high price. U can't use Geysers without receptions permission (switch is with them). Avoid if possible

one of the best hotel experience. as says my sun.

The lodge owner(Prasanta chanda) is very unethical person. He misbehaved with tourists.Never book a car for darjelling from Sahara lodge. We have paid 20500 for the car which supposed to cover njp to njp including darjelling side sceeenes. But the condition of the car was very poor. Driver was unwilling to touch all the spots. Our money wasted totally . When we try to raise the grievance the sahara lodge owner misbehaved with us.
