The only good thing is the location and everything else is very bad. The rooms, the services and other things. We needed to go at 6 in the morning but there was no one and the hotel was locked. If there was to be an accident or emergencies. We can't probably go out and save ourselves. Very bad place to stay.

Absolutely horrible place for stay. Utmost level of unhygienic condition of rooms and the staff are crass.

Only location is best and the worst hotel room even seen in my life the room walls is so dirty the toilet is not clean and the usable in the toilet like bucket are so dirty all the channel in the tv is locked except the free ones also the mirrors are not clean nothing is visible 😞 charges is too much owner is not friendly worst hotel in the siliguri. Overpriced... Receptionist is very rude.. 2/5 in cleaning.. they only give one towel no matter if u are two .. only one soap they don't even give xtra when u ask.. only location is good ..

I won't recommend anyone to stay here at night becoz no person is available at reception and also in case of emergency u can't get out of the hotel becoz nobody there to help I gone to reception at night 11.30 pm for drinking water nobody was there to give me drinking water. So please as I stayed here I won't recommend this hotel for night stay.

Ond of the most easily accessible locations in Siliguri. You can find you way anywhere in the city via any mode of road transportation. If you're new to the city then you may want to drop at this location and then figure out your way.

How come my review got deleted? Stayed in the hotel for a few days back in 2015, one of the worst in town. They didn't deserve any star at all. The owners are rude to say the least
