Never go in this hotel..the hotel manager is very rude..he has no sense ..how to talk with people or guests..hotel are so dirty..toilets very dirty..

Not happy with the property at all. What they charge is not worth of it. For everything need to call to reception. Room is not clean and tidy(not maintained). Does not give complimentary water bottle. Washroom is very small and stinky. Service is not good. Blanket and bedsheets are not stinky.

They didn't allow to stay us because we're just married and we'd different address on identity card they're blunt and far located hotel don't stay here ever and never. Hotel have always bad smell because of open drainage system

the nice decoration inside feels strange in contrast with the surroundings outside. or it's because there isn't a scenic view. i've never stayed at a hotel just for lodging before. ground floor looks great, decorations above that are sparse, but appreciable nonetheless. rooms were okay enough. not much thought seems to have been put into the furnishings. ambience is quiet but not really warm. some construction work started too early in the morning, nothing to do about that. the tv hadn't been recharged in a while and though the staff did it, only 1-5 channels were showing. old model, signal not good, and channels categorised incorrectly. not a big deal though, there are other things you can do. mostly shop outside, but hotel WiFi works. and i didn't look but there's got to be a book or magazine in that place somewhere. breakfast was good, they have a menu standardised according to wb tourism i think. the morning was very different from the hotel at night. or maybe it's just me again. the rate was very reasonable and we might stay there again, if needed. i just hope they improve somewhat.

We were there only for one night as a transit stop on our way from Darjeeling to Kolkata. This is a typical budget hotel. The room was okay but the bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were flies and little worms in the bathroom. But the staff were cordial and the check-in and check-out experience was smooth. The location is also great. I'd have given it 3 stars if not for the disgusting bathroom.

Nice hotel and behaviour is very good

I always love this hotel. I was with my family this time and got tremendous support from hotel people. Food is also superb.

The room was very bad. The bathroom was unclean. There was leakage in two taps. Though they provided fallout in the middle of the night we woke up because of mosquitos. At least 20-25 of them we had to kill just to sleep peacefully. Since the room was locked for a long time. There was a bad smell in the room. We asked them to change the room but they didn't. Although there were plenty of empty rooms present. They have asked for 300 rupees for my husband. Also, they didn't provide free breakfast since we are living at 7.30 am and the breakfast session starts at 8.00 am. Overall we had a horrible mosquito night experience at the hotel.

I normally stay here every alternate month for work. They always provide me top floor AC room which is spacious. Food is ok. Breakfast also ok. Little problems with water flow in the washroom because of top any way it's manageable. Overall good.

One night stay is ok if you are coming by road or Shatabdi. Room is big enough but maiantainenece is not up to the mark. Location is good as it connects directly to hill cart road.

The specially the foods was very good, in low price, Every day they Sanitized the hole hotel.. overall it's very good & Nice.. The guys were there r so well behaved and so polite. The rooms are not at all good. Even the location of the Hotel is also not good.

I stayed a night on 12th November,21. Hotel ambiance is okay, room was perfect, gazets were working perfectly. Hotel people are also polite. Altogether experience was nice. Only a small request to the management that they should provide atleast 2 nos of soaps even for a single boarder. I would recommend everyone to try The Maple atleast once.

Very bad smell all over the hotel as well as in the room , no hanger in the almira , no hooks to hang cloths in the bathroom, electric cattle was very old and rusty , fridge is very old and was dirty from inside, very bad area not good for family , 7 am I came down to go out but all doors of the entry gate was closed no one was on reception counter

Decent room, spacious. I stayed in 101. Staff polite. Helped us to check out at 3am in the morning. Good location. Very slow room service. Food okay, pricy. I am not sure on WiFi availability. Car parking no.
