Good location, it's a budget hotel and staffs are friendly, Love the foods here,

Pathetic staff behaviour and sewage water comes inside the room and very unhygienic rooms and washroom they behave rudely and in a offensive way DO NOT GO THERE

If there was even less than one star I would have given it to this motel. Manager of this motel seemed like a communal guy because he was asking for ID proof even for a kid. There was no basic facility like TV, internet etc. Cockroaches were everywhere in the room. This motel is definitely for family because there were alcohol bottles everywhere lying on the floor. I would say it is not safe at all. Safe for drunkers. Toilets were unhygienic, dirty. Horrible!!!!

Better place to stay @ reasonable price

Good for staying. Rooms are good quality. Bathrooms are clean and no bad smell. But no food facilities available. But I must say if you want good quality rooms in reasonable price it's available here which fits in your pocket also.

the hotel is near the market but away from the chaotic roads so the position can't be better. the rooms are quite clean and hotel is family friendly the rules and restrictions are loose. there are dormitories on the ground floor perfect for a one day stay in siliguri with a big family returning from darjeeling or gangtok.

Price hike to 20 percent in beetween 3-2 months. No any good facility to regular customer

We a group of 4 friends stayed here in a 4-bedded room, for a night after a trek from sandakphu-phalut. They had facility of AC, TV & geyser. There is no facility of restaurant in the hotel. Then arranged for the tea from outside when asked for it. Room was not that clean. Cockroach & mosquitoes were the problem. Our room was in the ground floor & frequent closing & opening of the shutter gate was disturbing throughout the night. Hotel was okay considering our tiredness post-trek & the fact that they had a 4 bedded AC rooms which other hotels didn't have.

Pathetic staff... Behaviour is not good... Rooms are also unhygienic... Do not waste your money here.... You will feel scammed afterwards!! There are lots of good rooms available in that area...

Worst experience ever i have ever went through pathetic room ,unhygienic beds and rooms and very rude and abusive staff behaviour .

The room are unaygineg and the are lots of mice and even corkorch don't east your money over here
