Pretty good hotel, rooms in affordable price, but foods are not too good, I suggest you to order food from outside, or you can go outside for food, there are many good restaurants near hotel.

Worst place I've ever stayed in ...Staff are not professional at all ...instead of calling their guest , ma'am or sir ,they use hello as a gesture to call their guest which is very inappropriate...the hotel looks good from outside but its not worth it at all ..They don't allow outside food ,they have a long rule book which is supposed to be adhered by the guest ...ITS NOT A HOTEL !!!!! THE RULES MAKE IT A PAYING GUEST ...If we cannot enjoy freely what's the use of booking such a hotel ...they don't even allow you to go to the terrace ...you cannot wash and hang clothes ...parking is very small ....I would suggest Hotel Apsara Siliguri as a better option ...Swastik needs to teach their staff how to serve their guests ..very unprofessional ....People comming to siligui ,please don't book this hotel ...ITS AN ADVICE FROM MY END IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR MONEY TO GO TO WASTE ....." WORST HOTEL EVER ...I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 RATING ....

Location is good, very near to the Siliguri Junctiona and Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus. Rooms are also good as per price. However cant comment on room service as the same was not availed.

Bad Bad Bad. Very very much bad behaviour of staff and manager. Yesterday night i said i will leave tomorrow 5am. Now 5am a boy said no bill available here, bill is with manager and he will come 9am. I call manager , manager said why you not received bill yesterday night, then i leave Hotel without bill. this is manager.

Good place to stay at siliguri. Allows couple. Rooms are okay. Service is also okay. However didn't liked the washrooms. Medium price. Good place to stay near siliguri junction/ bustand.

I am staying here from last 8 years, neat and clean very hygienic rooms. Service is slow but staff behaviour is gud. There are two hotels just in front of each other new building is preferably gud. Food quality for a frequent traveller like me is very good because I prefer home type food. For spicy food lovers u can get so many restaurants around this hotel.

I have been there in 2012. Stayed for just 2 night. Old hotel. Rooms are not satisfactory. Need renovation and better maintenance. Price is very reasonable.

The hotel location is good. But the room (206) i get is just average. Some smell is all around the room. Some helper is good. But some is not. According to the rate chart the room i get semi deluxe. But it's not. toilet is too small. But u can get all time hot water which is required for winter season.

Good service, room and bathroom are very clean hotel staff behaviour awesome. And the last thing is important "You don't go out allowed after night 8 o'clock, otherwise its good "If this comment is helpful for u then give 👍"

Most economic (pocket friendly) neat and clear hotel to stay at siliguri... At first I booked hotel mount embasy..I went and left after watching their rioom condition.. I mover to hotel VIP olive...extreamly bad behabiour of their staff ... I chosed an AC room but they have shown me non ac room with ac room tariff.. I entered this hotel swastik regency almost in mid night after being frastuted of getting a good quality hotel at reasonable price... Their manager gladly accepted me to allot an ac room at most reasonable price..their dining was closed due to late night..for me they arranged dinner as well...very helpful yMr Kunal is..
