Stayed for a night in their AC room. The room was decent with clean bedsheet and towel. But there was cockroach, spider and other insects. The room needs deep cleaning. Ac was not cooling as it should. They don't provide any toiletries. I felt the price was higher comparing the overall experience. Location is good.

I stay 2 nights in this hotel. This place is so bad for stay. I booked online all rooms showing air condition in online but when we arrived in hotel they trying to give me non AC room. The weather is so hot time. After they show me AC room but the price is so not the same. Also room was very dirty , bathrooms is so dirty , pilo, blankets are so smell I recommend don’t book online this hotel, don’t believe the online photos,

This one of the best budget stays i have ever lived in Siliguri. The place is on a prime location at sevoke more ,right beside the very famous hongkong market , the rooms are superneat , with ac& non AC options. The staffs are supportive and helpful. Best person is the owner Gagan bhai , great acumen for hospitality.

Staff so polite. Very good quality rooms. Tried calling so many hotels in siliguri before my stay, nobody seemed interested but when I called this hotel their response over phone only was so good that I decided then and there to stay here and I must say that I'm not at all disappointed but they have exceeded all my expectations. From checking in to my room attendant all staff member was so polite and respectful. Please try this hotel and see for your self.loved it

Good location. Service is good. Behavior of each and every staff members of hotel is nice. One suggestion In house restaurant is necessary for such a good hotel.

Mr. Gagan (I call him Gagan Sa'ab) - the proprietor is the charm of this hotel. A very humble gentleman. What about rooms and services? Clean & good with the availability of basic amenities Room service could be considered 'good' Over-all we had a decent experience. Using stairs to reach the room/s at the third floor could take a toll on your knees especially for senior citizens. During our first day, exhaust fan didn't work. But it was fixed. As I've mentioned, Gagan Sa'ab tried his best to ensure a comfortable stay.

Well, you seem to pay a huge sum of 3000 for a hotel of this stature. Right in middle of a bustling street, with literally no parking slot of their own, this hotel might be suitable for business travellers for a day or two. Strictly a no for family. Read aloud - rooms are at third floor, and NO LIFT. Be prepared to haggle all the way through stairs to a cringy room. The bathroom seems plush, big, clean, spacious. Room is ultra compact room. Not sure if Siliguri likes to charge such hefty from their visitors. Bad hotelling practice. Lot more scope to improve. Price is only for room. You do not get complimentary drinking water. You get 2 soaps, towels, a bathroom slipper. Think twice before you book.

Location is best. Just on the main sevoke road from where you have access to all parts of siliguri and also the famous honking market. Talking about the rooms , they were okayish. Bathroom was very small and conjusted. Rooms had windows but the window opened out to gaalis. Also the room smelled of cigarette everytime we entered the room. Even after spraying room freshener the cigarette smell was not going. I think family rooms should not have smoking rooms. There should be options of non smoking rooms. Was not satisfied with the visit. Staff behavior is good.

It was a wonderful experience as always. It is my second time visit and as always I am extremely satisfied with room amenities and staff behavior. The wonderful cooperation of Gagan Sir is the fundamental reason why I visit this place and chose it over other options. Looking forward for more wonderful experiences in the future. 😊

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.

Stayed for a day. It was a comfortable stay. Room and bathroom were clean. Walls good. King-size bed with sharp exposed edges. Issues with AC but weather good. Slightly higher on price. I recommend it for family. Provide only lodging but staff helpful and hotel at prime location.

The hotel was so nice, I wanted to do something for my partner's birthday, so I asked them to do preparation, they managed quite well, tbh the staff are so funny and friendly I did decor with the staff, I really loved the staff's behaviour more. It really gives the vibe of good people around. I refer to the people who want good hotel with good hospitality

We have visited and stay at this place while visiting to Darjeeling. We have booked a budgeted Hotel so comparing cost factor a budget friendly Hotel. Hotel staff are so polite, The coordination part done by Mou is superb. Hotel owner is very friendly. We kept our car in front of Hotel for 3 days with proper care and paid very nominal amount. The owner of the Hotel also nice. Location is also good very near to Hongkong Market. A pleasant stay it was.

Location is good. Service is ok and behavior of staffs polite. One electrical switchboard would be there on the headboard wall of the bed that can be used from bed every time one needs. Guest need to leave bed every time to charge electrical gadgets and also for switch off or on the light and fan that can disappoints one who minds it..otherwise no issues.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food served is excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed us the most.

Incredible stay at this hotel! Dashing clean restrooms and bedrooms with 24 hour air conditioning. Excellent and warm reception at the hotel by Mrs.Mou. She is very much dedicated towards the upkeep of the hotel. Well behaved staff makes it a more pleasant experience. Highly recommended from my side.

Average Hotel Mid in city easy access Good staff Pankaj & Aslam are good. Rooms don’t have proper ventilation and smell of smoking is there. Good for Budget traveling.

I stayed in the hotel for a day in a Deluxe Double Room. The room was very clean and had all the basic necessities. The internet, ac and tv were all working fine. Now getting to the management, the manager is a really great person and he went out of the way to make sure I have a comfortable stay. I know the hotel has gotten a few bad reviews in the past but my experience has been great. For the amount I paid, I could have not have asked for anything more.

Worst - What is Good is only Bed and the Location. Rest Services, Bathroom, Ambience, Toiletry, TV, Furniture, all n very worst furniture... You touch anything you will find a rust.. Spider net in bathroom, in wardrobe... Trust me, i didnt even took the shower, because of the worst condition - Too Smelly-- Definately wont suggest this Hotel.

Stayed here for 5 days loving staff and good and clean rooms. Room servicewas available even early in morning

I guess it's a good hotel if we see about the location. But one incident that happened recently made me write this review. This hotel had caught fire due to unknown reasons so I guess the safety isn't upto the mark. I don't know about the reason whether it was a power outrage or something else but it happened nevertheless.

It was worth to stay there. The mostly I liked is location, budget friendly, owner, receptionist and a service provider named Salman. Everyone were very polite. Area was clean. The only problem I noticed in my room was the Charging slot. It was not near bed but opposite to it. 😁😁😁 I recommend this place to stay for everyone. 👍️
