Owner behaviour absolute worst. Beds are dirty, no basic amenities, bike renting from here not recommend at all, they are scamming people, they will show you some scratches then they demand compensation, absolute scammer, only manegers behaviour reasonable . My worst experience till date. So be aware.

I Almost called every scooty rental service but no body provided me scooty for a day, but they provided me the scooty with a very good condition... Other rental service will only provide you vehicle if u rent it for atleast 2 to 3 day's . I am very happy with there service 😊( Ajay Lama) your happy customer..

One night stay experience. Rent - 3 bed in one room 1200/- total (inclusive all taxes) for 3 head person. Condition - 1. Room was fine, clean, no disturbance at all. 2. Bathroom was clean, geyser was working well. 3. In hotel aqua guard is available so no need to worry for the water. Above all my experience was satisfied. But the hotel shown in oyo app always said "sold". I go there & personally confirm the room. Thank you.

No International card payment facilities. Old building. You have to keep your light on in day time. You can rent scooty and bike from them.This is good side. Room cost for triple bed was not much higher. They are close to Bidhan and Hong Kong market. Restaurants, Sreeleathers and smart bazar is in walking distance. Staying here is good.

I rented a scooter for the personal activities of manage of family program and short travelling purpose & I fully satisfied regarding the entire systems of rent of vehicle. Location is awesome and their behaviour is greater than five star. Hotel management and staffs are very good. One another thing I would like to say that they also provide scooty and bike on rental basis. Hotel Kanishka is the best scooty rental centre in Siliguri. They provide scooty and bike in very good condition. I hired a TVS NTORQ for Darjeeling trip and it was in very good condition.

Scooty rentals available here at a reasonable price. Do clarify the charges and the extra charges for the distance covered before you take the ride. Well behaving receptionists.

When me and my brother stayed there during the puja, the manager wasn't there and the owner was the acting manager. Very polite, someone with great reasoning and can understand what you are saying. Stay was pleasant, Room service not too bad. Quality of the room and accessories were good. The day I check out, actual manager was there. He does lack three years course in Hotel Management. After two days from the day of my check out, I got a call from the hotel manager asking for a towel. The room service was careless enough to give me only one towel and we were carefree enough to not to ask for another towel. So the manager must had an impression that I took one towel and left only one towel there. But it was the duty of the manager to enquire the matter seriously and to take necessary steps. He should understand that the guest there won't be that cheap to pay 2000/- for a room for one day and would take a towel of 50/-, when especially the hotel has a brand name of "OYO".

Hired Bike from here. Condition was very good. Security deposit and rent is probably the lowest in whole Siliguri. Must hire bike from here

Rented 2 wheelers from here, Took an ntorqu and Avenger. Avenger was in its worst condition, battery gave us many problems. Our whole day was wasted because of it .Ntorqu was good. But staff gave us full refund after we had to talk it out for it.

They provide scooty on rent service, which is quite affordable and the managing staff are too co-operative. If you are thinking for renting a bike or scooty, you may surely visit this place

Room was good . But I think they should work on pest control. Some cockroaches are there .

Owner's behaviour is pathetic. No sense of how to talk to customers. I went for bike rental and even after showing all my documents I was denied because I had scars on my face. This is absolute disgusting.
