I stayed here for some official work and unfortunately my reached time at lodge was 9.20pm because of late work which they already told me in checked in time that gate is closed by 9pm I feel its too early close considering as a hospitality standards, what if suppose your guest has come emergencies? What will you do that time? Well damn in the name of hotel/lodge. I waited 10-15mins outside due to 20mins late but No they didn't understand and owner started me misbehaving which I never seen before at hospitality service, Very pathetic behaviour, I never suggest you to my all dear yatri to this property named Hitaishi👎👎👎 Please keep it in mind 'Atithi Devo Bhava' Worst experience I never had before

Worst hotel experience ever....worst behaviour received from the owner.... This hotel doesnt even deserve one star..... The owner was an absolute illiterate brat and doesnt know how to behave with customers..... We booked a room a month ago before my exams and the owner created a lot of nuisance during our claiming of the room..... I recommend never ever book a room in this hotel.... It is better to sleep in the footpath than in the hotel.... It doesnt even have proper sanitation facility and proper room services......

800/- for two. Free parking available. On the road to Darjeeling. Spacious rooms. Cleanliness was satisfactory. No geyser tho(wasn't needed during Diwali). Gates close at 9PM but extendable till 10 on request. A soap and a towel were provided.

Really very bad behaviour of the owner. Me and my mom came on 27.02.2022 because I had my IARI exam on 28.02.2022. It was already 9:00pm. The owner first of all said that we would need two rooms as because me and my mom are "healthy" (fat) and we won't fit on the same bed. We went to check the room and saw that the bed was ok for the two of us. The owner then asked for our ID proof. I provided it. But my mom didn't bring her Aadhar card. She had only front side picture of the aadhar. But my mom had her pan card. The pan card wasn't accepted. The owner was a women herself and she still didn't let us stay. I had my aadhar card. And my mom had her front side aadhar picture. But still it wasn't enough. We said that we will provide in the morning but the owner still denied. The BEHAVIOUR was really rude towards us. I was here for my exam. We came after 5 hours journey by bus. It was a disgusting experience. I understand that there are rules. But the owner should really learn some kindness and generosity. This lodge is not at all good for anybody. Specially women. Don't go at night.

Nice place to stay. Both owner and Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy.

If if want to experience worst behaviour,worst room facility ,worst clineliness than u can go there.In my words this hotel hell in siliguri.The owner wont listen to you if u face any thing .Dont go there if u r in any proble stay in station but dnt stay there.

Not properly maintained.... Window was broken. Bathroom was not cleaned properly...

Quiet place, at the entrance of the town coming from Darjeeling, much quieter than the (expensive) hotels in the centre of Siliguri. I stayed there for over a month in March/April 2020 (lockdown), stayed AND fed (delicious food), lovely and welcoming owners and staff. Prices very low indeed. Highly recommend.

Great location but the rooms need an upgrade - Switches and light need to be changed. Additional charging points need to be added as it's a smart world. Otherwise everything is good.

This hotel has really very bad rooms there are not good and they don't provide towels
