Decent hotel. Food is good and close to main road. Plug points are far from bed and AC and fans are old and not well maintained

Although conveniently located and very easy to find, the price is on the higher side than the quality of the room and the service that you receive. The room was clean but it didn't had any plugs located near the beds. Infact there were spare plugs to charge your phone or work on your laptop etc. The washroom was small and not so clean. The floor of the washroom was dirty. Shower threw water all over the washroom, even on the towel hanging on the bar. Staff is nice. Food was good. I had dinner and breakfast.

It was an awful experience of staying in the hotel. The hotel doesn't provide any basic facilities like water and electricity. The mattress was damaged with upward springs. The fan and Geaser was also not working properly. The bed sheet was also very dirty and they haven't any good one to change with. The washroom have many leakage and doesn't have proper sanitation. On complaining about the situation we were said to manage as they can't do anything. The staffs were also not good, they were not listening at all. Rather I'll give stars in negative.

Room was full of dirt, service was not upto the mark. I stayed here for two days but all the time for requirements i need to make saveral call. Receptionist denied for payment through booking app, straight forward e said he will not provide the room if i paid through hotel booking app. Very rude n rough language they used to communicate. I suggest never to book this hotel. Totally bad environment here waste of money. No shops near by this hotel in the radius of 3 km.

Very bad choice, the rooms are unclean and very unhygienic. They even fail to provide basics like water and TV. and forget about wifi. also, the power cuts with no generator adds to the experience

Never book this hotel. They ask for extra money and will not allow check in if you don't give them extra money. We had to call police to complaint this issue. Repeat...Never book this hotel.

The receptionist was very rude. I had made the booking via Agoda. The receptionist claimed that the amount that I paid (which was shown in Agoda) was very less and room cannot be admitted. Is that my problem or Agoda's problem or the not so jovial or kind receptionist? They demanded to pay 1200rs for the room. Guys please don't get fooled by the images shown in Agoda or Google, it's all fake or atleast taken from an angle to fool who plans to book a room here. The place is at a very deserted place and it's very hard to get cabs. My sincere feedback would be to not stay here. Pay 1200 or more and stay at a better place where it's worth paying the money. Not at all suggested. Poor service by Hotel priyanshu and Agoda messed this up big time.

had booked this hotel from oyo . but the manager denied us our room said the hotel is booked and they dont acknowledge oyo booking

They are asking extra charges without any reason. Worst service. I didn't check in. Hotel Manager was so rude. Not recommended at all. Oyo services is really worst now.

They do not change room bed sheet daily, they change bedsheet after two days. They add items at your check out which you have not ordered and eaten. Oyo kindly look at the issues so that these problems will not be faced by others.

Staying in here was average. Rooms cleanliness issues was there. Blankets, bed sheets, pillow cover needed replacement found uncleaned. Food taste average.

Poor experience and the worst place to live in. Extremely poor room service and reception. The manager misbehaves with the customers and takes in bookings even if they don't have rooms. Simply to avoid staying here

I will share the story actually what happen when we saw there is no parking place, i asked him where is to park the car one boy come out n said in front of hotel so I asked you said us ,we have parking place immediately that manager come out shouting at me aap room dekh lijiye blaa blaa blaa, this is not accepting 😠 I keep silent n walk away without any thing said to him. feel very bad but no option we stay for night i travel many places but first time such a hopeless staff seen in Siliguri... Hope you would not Reapet any more again actually they are not trained Staff.

I naver recommend this hotel, employees & woner are very bad behaved Hotel can not provide 1 botel of water even you book cp plan. I am staying 15 day of each month at hotel, it was my top bad experience in this hotel. If possible I will rate (-5). I request everyone please don't go there. Thank you.

Cheating on guest I have booked in oyo and when i have reached there they wont allow us to stay there and we have got another good hotel in siliguri satyam guest house

The reprentive have third class behaviour with those guest who booked room with oyo.He asked for more money,hotel is nice but the reprentive is so cheap.

Unhygiene place(Bedsheet and blankets look like never washed) No TV was in my room.Geyser was not working,Bathroom was very poor and poor customer service and very bad staff behave.
