Best hotel service. I have booked for a day classic room but when arrived they told us it was under renovation so they upgraded me to deluxe room which was out of expections after that I stayed in total 3 nights and they didn't charge us any extra for that deluxe room. The hotel service and staff members are very welcoming.

Hotel is good, room was clean and the staffs were friendly and helpful as well. Their food was delicious. The main thing is that they extended our checkout time without any extra fee. Will surely visit again💯💯

We stayed at the hotel just for a night as we had a flight the very next morning. The location is good.Not really far from the airport. Rooms were clean and tidy and the restaurant food was also very good . The best thing about this hotel is their hospitality. I booked a classic room but was upgraded to a deluxe room by the manager himself without any extra charges. All the staff, specially Mr Ajay Lama who happens to be the relationship manager is really very polite with their guests. Highly recommended! Looking forward to visit here again at our soonest!

It's great time with staff especially front office guy was very polite and gentle .I found very tasty food at chillout restaurant and especially thanks to Miss Sarita thapa,Miss Nisha tamang,Miss Romika for good service and they were very helpful , friendly ,polite ,so I recommend this hotel to be best for family as well as for couples for stay at reasonable rate.
