I was in the hotel 5 days. Awasome experience. I am working in hotel industry last 26 years abroad, so budget friendly ,family atmosphere. Thanks to everyone for making our Anniversary special and memorable. The food we had there awasome,so tasty and so much variety. I recommend this hotel a perfect place for staying or celebrating any occasion. Everybody's behaviour are wonderful. I give Greenwood Hotel 10 out of 10. In future in Siliguri definitely will stay there.

Property is right by the road at Salbari. Rooms were clean and bedsheets and towels were also new. Their Bengali style Veg and Non-Veg Thali's are a must have if you want to try out some authentic Bengali style cuisine. The most hospitable staff I've encountered. Their behaviour was simply amazing.

Its a nice hotel. Lil rate is high. You get breakfast and it’s in front of the toy train track. Rooms were medium clean. Bathroom were clean. Room service is good.

The most affordable place at this price, Free Wi-Fi with Free Parking plus AC Rooms, also they provide free toiletries (Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Hair Comb, Soap and Shampoo). I have traveled throughout Bharat, but very few hotels provide such amenities at this price.

During my stay with Family I found the place very much friendly. Nice view. U can experience Toy train running in front of hotel . Local market. Nepali food and local junk food like yummy Momo tukpa taipo. U can have fresh air jogging amidst with tea garden. Parking area is free and available. Medical shop nearby. Nice room. They have separate room for smoking.

Best eco friendly hotel in the midst of Tea Garden and on the way to Dargelling. Both rooms and service are excellent. We have booked 12 rooms for 22nd April on behalf of Lions Club. I have stayed there from 21st April'23 to 23rd April'23 and enjoyed a lot. Excellent rooms, beautiful location, no noise, no pollution. Car parking facility available

Nice hotel nice staff. Every time I visited siliguri I stayed in greenwood only. Best hospitality best food. Everything is superb.

Overall I had a moderate to good experience being here only for 2 days approximately. The rooms were clean and washroom was pretty tidy and religious cleaning seemed to take place there. Though the bed and cusion covers along with the blanket sheet was not very clean. I was told that those were washed before I checked in. Although it didn't reflect from the condition as and when I noticed them. The window curtains seemed to be unwashed and stained for a few months. The service was good as extended by the hotel floor boys. You can order lunch and dinner including breakfast from the restaurant housed inside the hotel or can walk into a nearby restaurant by paying a lesser amount. The market and all the household or daily necessary commodities are only a few steps away from the place. More importantly, the transport system connects this place well to siliguri main town but if you have to catch train/bus from siliguri bus terminus or NJP/SGUJ Station in evening or late night then try to take the transport at least 1 or 1.5 hour before the departure time. The transport system become inconvenient after 5 PM from the place.

A good place to stay just outside the hustle and bustle of the city on Hill Cart Road just 1.5 kms before Siliguri Institute of Technology, the way that goes towards Sukna. The place is neat and clean and the staff is friendly and cooperative. Food is good though a bit on the expensive side. You also get a big open parking in front of the hotel. Its ideal for couples and people going towards Darjeeling, Kurseong, Mirik or have to stay for some work in SIT or Sukna itself.

Excellent hotel with AC and simple aminities. intercom is not placed at proper place. Moreover reasonable hotel. Food is also good. Manager Mr. Sadan is polite to speak and helpful too.

The stay was great. Spacious and parking available for your car and bike's. If you're planning to visit Darjeeling, then it's good for you. It's on the way towards Darjeeling. Toy train line is just Infront of this hotel. Staff's are good and well behaved. Overall a peaceful stay here.

Good hotel in the outer fringes of Siliguri just beside the Heritage Darjeeling Himalayan Railways (Toy train) route with tea garden nearby. Peaceful calm many utility stores and shops nearby. Has a good restaurant can host parties too. Courteous service. Clean inside.

Staffs are so good , all are gentleman gentle behaviour, good clean hotel, superb hospitality, especially Sadhan babu is a Nice person. but mattress is too much soft, reason for back pain... Room 111. shower knob and toilet flush handle is broken in room no 104.

Nice decent clean accommodation. Value for money. Efficient room service. Good Food.

Guests were loud and disturbing in the night. No roadside noise in room no 110. Restaurant is reasonably good. Although they say breakfast is included in the room rate, it is NOT.
