Good experience. The behaviour of the staffs was really humble .You can book ac or non AC rooms (whatever u need). Rooms were big and clean . Mainly bathroom was clean. Each room does have a geyser, a center table and 2 chairs. This hotel has an attached restaurant of theirs only. Food was good and at reasonable cost. They can arrange you a taxi for going to Airport too. Airport is very near (about 5 min by car).

Worst hotel I have ever been to. It is just a lodge that too worst one. AclCs don't work, the bathroom windows are broken, door knob has holes, windows have no curtains, no security, and what not. Most unsafe place to stay. Please book any other hotel even if you have to board early morning flights from bagdogra airport. You will be tempted to book this hotel as it is near airport, but believe me don't, it is not worth to stay even a night.

Worst Experience!! This hotel ought to be called hotel "Misunderstanding". Both the hotel and restaurant fail to understand customer requirement and lack the basic common sense one would expect. Restaurant: you order fish & rice, they serve 2 thalis with 2 plates of their most expensive fish. Absolutely tasteless food not atall worth the price. Hotel: Requested 2 rooms for approx Rs1800...@checkout was told I was given a Rs2200 room and need to pay extra. As for the condition of room looks clean but it isn't the sheets and room reeks, smelled of cigarettes and unclean blankets and sheets. The mattress is the hardest I have ever slept on, the bathroom fittings are broken. The hotel staff didn't have the basic courtesy of getting my baggage down from a 2nd floor room after checkout. Their are no lifts here. I speak the language and yet suffered at this place, please avoid the place if you value your mental and physical well being.

During short time find nice hotel to stay for the night, rooms were good, service is quite fair, they arrange dinner in late night arrival, thanks to hotel staff. Hotel staff is good and co-oprative, economy class hotel for short stay. I like the location it is just about 3 km from the Bagdogra airport. Thanks to hotel staff they arranged dinner in room even arriving in late night.

I stayed on 31st October 23 for one night.. I stayed Room No.205 it was okay type.. Location Bihar More ,5-10 minutes from Bagdogra airport . They have their own Restaurant.

Rooms were not cleaned Ac was not working when asked the staff he said will call maintenance guy and get it serviced till that time be in the room which is just nonsense things they charge 1500/- and don't give water bottle also,lots of mosquito s in the room,TV remote was not available have to call them for small small things, i had very pathetic and bad food over here will never suggest this hotel for anyone

The location is accessible from the airport. That is to say the least. One employee was helpful which is why my team member and I checked in. We put our stuff down initially and went to a work meeting. Upon staying the night, we had some bad experiences. My blanket was dirty. The room furniture was dirty, the room phone was inoperable, and the hot water did not come on. I had to sleep with my clothes on and use my jacket in order to stay warm. My team member admitted that this room was bad, very bad. We checked out the next morning and did not look back.

Food quality is average with respect to price. Room quality is not good. Linen is not as a standard. Customer satisfaction is not their moto. They are mainly thinking about their earning.

Decent hotel near bagdogra airport. Bus stops are very near. It's convenient for traveling to and from other cities. The rooms are not great but okay for normal trip. If you are going to airport then you can catch auto just infront of the hotel.

When it comes to a hotel stay, i am very choosy and I stayed here for a night. It was quite okay for a thousand buck. People at hotel were quite accomodating and polite. Services were good but late at night, TV went off and I missed the forball match between France and England and then I forgot to tip the waiter. Anyway, food was okay okay. Cannot comment on it as I tried only one dish. But i would 100% recommend if you're looking for a cheap stay and running short on funds. Hope it works for you guys as it worked for me. 1. Good location for easy airport access. 2. Rooms are neat and clean. 3. Well behaved staffs. 4. You can get lot of auto or ape auto nearby. 5. Airport is only 5 min distance.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Room service is not bad. But, also not premium. Location is the best point to stay here. Bagdogra Airport is real close only 5-10 mins distance. Another point to stay here is they have their own restaurant downstairs. Moreover, it's a very convenient stop for any types of transportation nearby.

The hotel is cheap. They charged me only 400 for a night. But the room's cleanliness was terrible, moreover the bed was a stage of Concrete Literally.

Stayed briefly in Kundu Hotel. Neat and clean, well maintained – reasonable room rent. Located on the main road, quite close to airport. Couldn’t get time to try their food this time. Friendly and helpful staff - Mr. Rakesh Dutta, an out and out gentleman, takes care of the boarders efficiently. Wish them all the best and further growth. However, a couple of suggestions – a) power back up should be there, b) from early morning, at least tea should be available.

We went to the restaurant for lunch on our way to airport.. the bengali food preparations were very good.. quality and quantity both very satisfactory.. definitely recommended..

Near to airport..best for a night stay and catch flight next morning. Rooms n washrooms are neat n clean, but no handwash soaps provided.

Rooms were clean but restrooms are pathetic and foul smelling. Definitely needs better maintenance.

Place sucks. Felt like a Boys hostel Not at all preferable for family. Only advantage is it is very near to Airport Otherwise hotel is very worst to stay even for a night

3 kms away from the airport. Good hotel for a quick fresh up. Cost is a bit more and they won't reduce the amount even if it is a short time stay.

Wonderful hotel with a very welcoming and helpful staffs, managers, and owners. It is strategically located just at the Bihar more in bagdogra, siliguri, along the highway. The is also a restaurant that offers decent food.

A good restaurant where u can find bengali dishes and thaalis. We ordered 5 veg thaalis, fish curry, chicken kasa, chicken kadai, mutton masala and paneer butter masala. In thaalis, u can get refill of rice,dal,aloo bhaaja and curry which was served in thaali Mutton was not cooked properly and was chewy.(not recommended) Chicken dishes were very good and fish was very tasty. Slow service. So it's better advisable u order all at once if u are in group. Price was very reasonable. (For 5 ppl it just cost us Rs.1000. if u skip mutton, bill will reduce to Rs.800.) Overall a good eating place.
