Stinky and dark rooms. The rooms aren't clean. Lift will give an awful feeling. Preferably not recommended

We stayed for 2days in orbit the building looks pathetically old and rooms were not cleaned properly especially washroom also the drain faucet looked dirty ,rusted . I had very awful experience on top of that lift is so small only the reception seems to be clean once you enter the room it looks old (walls,washroom drainage)horrible.We paid 5000 for 2days but it was not worth at all.Never going to recommend such hotel to anyone!!!!

It have normal room and resturant services is good and house keeping is good and maintenance services is not good. But location is good.

This hotel staff especially the receptionist is very very rude and unprofessional...they are not update...they just know how to ruin people mood before traveling

I have to pay 2300 hundred but it's not a good place to stay. As I have seen Coacroch and other buds in the side room. Have a hotel on only one floor. But breakfast is good.

Rooms were big, bed was clean, but room maintenance wasn't good. Service was very good by three hotel personnel. It is ~5 mins from the airport

Hotel is good at the 2nd Floor of a building near the main road. The highway flyover is under construction that causes the difficulty to reach the hotel. Plenty of parking area specially for car traveller. Rooms are good and luxurious.( Once upon a time) ,central AC has limitations of temparature control that is the problem. Food available in order. Staffs are very helpful and gentle.

Just an ordinary hotel. Room was okay. Cleanliness, bathroom conditions, linens- all were below average. Only good part about this hotel was proximity to Bagdogra airport. We were travelling from Gangtok and reached hotel late in the evening. We had an early morning flight the next day, hence decided to stay near to the Bagdogra airport.

Hotel is well maintained, Food was delicious, hardly 15 minutes distance from Bagdogra Airport,but 14-15km from NJP station.The best thing in the hotel is room service-Ram is the person who supported Guests delightfully and very respectively, Very very helpful.I really appreciate his efforts and hardwork.

A very cooperative and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and the place is nice and quiet. There is absolutely no road noise. Experience was pleasant. Value for money. Location is good becuase it is very close to the IXB airport, Bagdogra and the local market is at walking distance.

Stay was good, worth the money. Food was very good, too much quantity for the money paid, clean n hygienic rooms. 2-3 kms from airport. Best option if you have an early morning flight to catch

Nice hotel,very near to Airport,staff very nice We are weigh our suitcases,they even arranged weighing machine from some nearby clinic,as their own was not working.

One of the worst places possible, I wish I could give it minus 5 stars. The food was not hygienic, they had a street dog in their kitchen. Everything was a mess.

Close to airport but please ask the local about the exact location. Don't go as per GPS you might get loss. Staff is nice and food is very tasty.

This is simple 3 star hotel , do not expect 5 star quality. Staff were helpful, food was good. I chose this hotel because it was near the airport. This was my second stay, first time on my way to Sikkim, second time on way back. I had room with AC which worked fine. They charged 500Rp extra bed, third person. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are good but washrooms are dirty and flush was not working properly. As hotel staff was co operative and on time.

Clean, spacious rooms. Food ok ok. Toilets need some maintenance. Entrance a bit scary and the lift is sure to cause fear. But otherwise will recommend for a night stay, not more.

The staff members are super nice ppl. But the place needs a complete remodeling and renovation. A clear sign how this place struggled during covid.
